On July 5, 2016, we reported that three General Hospital cast members were starring in the upcoming independent film The Storyteller. The movie is about an enchanted young girl named Abby (Brooklyn Rae Silzer, Port Charles’ Emma Scorpio-Drake) who brings wonder and healing to a broken family. It’s written by Rachel Noll and Joe Crump, who also directs. Crump worked with Kristina Wagner (Felicia Scorpio, Hallmark’s When Calls the Heart) in the 2013 documentary Children of Internment. Wagner plays Dr. Gordon in the film, which also stars Constance Towers (Helena Cassadine) as Rosemary. Other cast members include Cassidy Mack (Zoey to the Max) as Jen Stevens, Samantha Coburn (Best Night Ever) as Maggie Stevens, and James Snyder (She’s the Man) as John Griffin.
The Storyteller is currently filming and does not have a release date. Soaps.com will keep you updated on this project as more is known. Until then, check out this tweet of Mack and Silzer that Wagner posted.
