“General Hospital’s” Dominic Zamprogna received his Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor based on his portrayal of Port Charles’ Dante Falconeri, who in his first submitted scene confronted his wife Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) for suspecting she was having an affair with Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Patrick Watkins).
