Tell Carly I love her.

For this week’s “General Hospital” Throwback Thursday poll, readers go back to 2000 when Christmastime brought a mass shooting outside the Port Charles police department.

After Zander’s deal went through to testify against Joseph Sorel – the mobster who killed a cop and set Zander up for the crime – Alexis came by Sonny’s place where he agreed to meet her at the police station later that night. Sonny was to bring the $2 million dollar bail money needed to get Zander released and together the two of them would move him to a safe house.

As Zander walked out of the PCPD a free man, he was so exhilarated he started a snowball fight with Sonny, Alexis and his girlfriend Emily. But the laughter and frolicking was soon over as the four of them were gunned down by two men across the street. Zander and Sonny were shot with serious injuries but they both eventually recovered.
