Update February 2:
"Cristela" star Cristela Alonzo will make a guest appearance on the February 13 episode of "General Hospital," as reported by Yahoo TV. Alonzo will join Melissa Peterman and Derek Theler of "Baby Daddy" who will also guest star on this episode. Alonzo will play Assistant DA Natalia Rodriguez and will appear in scenes with Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Alonzo's character initially questions West regarding a break-in, but the two end up talking about relationships and trading stories.
Update January 21:
As previously reported, "General Hospital's" Kelly Monaco (Port Charles' Sam Morgan) will appear on the February 4 episode of "Baby Daddy" on ABC Family at 8:30 PM ET/PT. The episode is titled "Over my Dead Bonnie” and in it Monaco plays an exaggerated version of herself. Danny (Derek Theler) is offered a cameo role on “General Hospital” and is nervous about it. He asks his best friend Riley (Chelsea Kane) to help him rehearse. Riley happens to be a huge fan of the show and of Kelly Monaco in particular, who Danny has a scene with. Monaco is initially annoyed by Danny, though later finds him attractive and decides he should be her new love interest on the show.
Meanwhile, Tucker (Tahj Mowry) and Ben (Jean-Luc Bilodeau) are determined to get Bonnie (Melissa Peterman) out of their apartment. They decide to break their lease by having Bonnie “die,” so they stage a funeral on the “General Hospital” set. Michael Lembeck (“One Day at a Time”) also guest stars.
Then on the February 13 Valentine's Day episode of “General Hospital” the stars of "Baby Daddy" will appear. Olivia receives a surprise visitor, an old friend from her Bensonhurst school days, Melissa Santoro-Picard (Melissa Peterman). The two old friends quickly catch up and then later in the day, Melissa runs into another familiar face in Port Charles.
Meanwhile, Dr. Patrick Drake is called to consult on a case at the last minute, which causes a delay in his date with Sam. Patrick's colleague Derek (Derek Theler) is also stood up by his date and runs into Sam. Derek and Sam keep each other company as they wait for their dates. As they talk, the two discover the true meaning of Valentine’s Day.
Update January 7:
In addition to "General Hospital's" Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) upcoming appearance on ABC Family's "Baby Daddy," two of that show's stars will be appearing in Port Charles as well.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Danny (Derek Theler) and Bonnie (Melissa Peterman) will appear on "GH" on February 13 in a Valentine’s Day-themed episode featuring storylines with Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), Dr. Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) and Monaco.
Spoiler alert. According to EW, Peterman will play someone from Olivia's past in Bensonhurst determined to give Ned a piece of her mind regarding his shoddy treatment of Olivia, who still pines for him. Meanwhile, Theler will play a colleague of Patrick's who keeps Sam company when Patrick is held up at work.
Monaco's episode of "Baby Daddy" will air February 4.

"General Hospital's" Kelly Monaco (Port Charles' Sam Morgan) is set to crossover to ABC Family's "Baby Daddy" according to Entertainment Weekly. The premise of the episode has the character Danny (Derek Theler) being offered a small role on "General Hospital." Danny turns to his best friend Riley (Chelsea Kane) for help, as she happens to be a huge "GH" fan as well as a fan of Monaco's character. Unfortunately when they arrive to film his part, Riley makes a bad impression on Monaco.
Monaco's guest role is set to appear during "Baby Daddy's" upcoming fourth season sometime in 2015. Soaps.com will update you with an air date when it becomes known.
