(As Reported on August 25)
Last month Soaps.com teased to look for Lindze Letherman (ex-Georgie) on web TV, namely Strike TV, and now more details are emerging.
The show is called “Life in General” and it is the brainchild of General Hospital writer Karen Harris. In addition to Lindze, the actor roster includes John Ingle (Edward), Scott Clifton (ex-Dillon), Adrianne Zucker (Days of Our Lives), Brynn Thayer (One Life to Live), Robert Desiderio and JoBeth Williams.
The show is basically a soap about the making of a soap icon called “Greenville General” (hospital). Zucker plays the sudser’s head writer and what follows is all of the follies that ensue behind the sets and staged drama of a soap opera. John Ingle plays the egomaniacal creator of the soap. Early reviews of “Life in General” call it smart, sexy and emotionally resonant. “Life in General” makes its debut in September.
At Soaps.com, we know that soap lovers have found a home on the internet, so it’s highly likely that a web soap with so many vets will find its niche. Congratulations Karen Harris and everyone involved in “Life in General.”
