David S. Lee returned to General Hospital in the Tuesday September 15 episode as Winston Rudge in scenes with Robert and Olivia in Monte Carlo. Before his brief stint, Lee last appeared on General Hospital in March 2017 as a pawn shop owner who later turned out to be Olivia Jerome’s henchman.
