Real Andrews exits as Taggert on General Hospital

Real Andrews announced on Instagram that he was exiting General Hospital as Marcus Taggert. Andrews resumed the role he played from 1998 until 2003 in January. In the March 2 Soaps.com recap, Taggert died from a blood clot that was a result of being shot. Andrews wrote, “Thanks everyone for all your support I appreciate you all it was a great run and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity…” Soaps.com responded to his post saying, “That was so sad. We’re hoping that it was all fake!” Andrews replied, “Nope I appreciate you though!”
