Jon Lindstrom was born in Oregon in 1957; he discovered a passion for acting very early in life. He studied theatre and acting at the University of Oregon and soon went to Los Angeles to pursue acting. In addition to acting, Jon is a writer and musician. He co-wrote the screenplay for the Nick Lachey movie "The Hard Easy" in 2007. However, Jon is best known for his dual role of Ryan Chamberlin/Dr. Kevin Collins on "Port Charles" and General Hospital in the 1990's.
Jon is also a member of the band "The High Lonesome".
When he isn't acting or playing music, Jon enjoys skiing, surfing and scuba diving!
