After Adam stole Sharon’s baby and gave it to Ashley, letting Sharon believe her child had died, he became drawn to her due to his guilt. It wasn’t long before the pair fell in love.

Elopement

Plane Crash

Shot

Adam shipped her out of Genoa City, then learned that Sharon had taken Faith to the Abbott cabin. He showed up there, but Sharon mistook him for an intruder and shot him in the arm.

Perfect Storm
Image Credit: Sean Smith/JPI After the secret about Faith came out, Adam tried to go the insanity route, ending up in a mental facility with Patty Williams, before faking his own death and framing the Newmans (he’d actually killed Richard Hightower). Eventually, he ended up back in Genoa City and made strides toward redemption by saving Faith’s life. Adam had convinced Sharon to give him a ride in a storm, and the trio wound up taking shelter from a tornado in a barn. Adam protected Faith when a beam fell in the collapsing structure.

Arrests
Image Credit: Sean Smith/JPI After a brief romantic interlude in New Orleans, after which Sharon walked away from Adam to keep custody of Faith, she was there for Adam when he was arrested for the death of Skye Lockhart. Through a series of convoluted twists and turns that culminated with Skye falling into a volcano in Hawaii, Sharon was later charged in her murder as well.

Proposal
Image Credit: Sean Smith/JPI Adam proposed to Sharon at the Valentine’s Day ‘Puppy Love’ benefit. Sharon’s ex and Adam’s half-brother, Nick, unhappily watched as she accepted and agreed to marry Adam again.

Escape
Image Credit: Sean Smith/JPI When Sharon was convicted of killing Skye, Adam helped her escape from the courthouse. Complete with a dye job, Sharon left town. She was supposed to meet up with Adam, but decided everyone was better off without her and let them all believe she was dead. When Adam later discovered she was alive and with new love interest, Sam, he threw the evidence that could have exonerated her in the creek.

Blinded

Office Sex

They saw each other regardless, as Adam was broken without her. When Sharon ended up married to Victor, but discovered he was using her, she and Adam made love in Victor’s office at Newman Enterprises beneath his portrait.

More Fire Rescues

The second was when Sharon snapped and set fire to the Newman ranch. Adam hid Sharon and supported her after the fact, which didn’t go over well with his new love, Chelsea.

Biting the Bullet

Passion Play
Image Credit: Howard Wise/JPI Adam and Sharon revisited their passion numerous times throughout his initial years with Chelsea, but it was never quite the same between them. Sharon eventually decided to give up on the idea of a reconciliation.

Vegas Baby
Image Credit: Howard Wise/JPI When Adam was presumed dead, yet showed up very much alive with amnesia and going by the name ‘Spyder’ in Las Vegas, it was Sharon who Victor called upon to help convince him to come home. The pair made love once before he reconciled with Chelsea. Later, Sharon, battling breast cancer, began acting as his therapist over a childhood trauma and their attraction sparked again.
