Summer pulls out her ring box to show Kyle. She quips, “Show me yours and I’ll show you mine?”
Lola stumbles upon the romantic scene in the park. She takes in the ring boxes and hears Summer talking about Kyle giving her a ring made of cherry stems the night before.
Lola listens and watches as Summer and Kyle’s conversation continues. Summer gushes that she’s never been happier.
Lola is now gone. Kyle gets down on one knee to propose. Summer follows suit and kneels as well.
With Kyle on one knee and Summer kneeling, they propose simultaneously. “Will you marry me?” they ask each other while beaming.
Summer’s ring is now on her finger. Kyle tells her the big stone represents her spirit and passion, while the smaller ones mark the many steps they’ve taken to get to this point.
Kyle’s ring is now on his finger. Summer expresses her desire to be his partner in every way.
After seeing Kyle and Summer about to propose in Chancellor Park, Lola calls Theo over the restaurant. She tells him they need to break it off after relaying it bothers her when he flirts. Lola believes they’re different people who want different things.
Theo isn’t keen on being dumped and calls Lola out. She enjoyed rubbing Kyle’s face in the fact that they were dating just as he did.
Before leaving Society’s kitchen, Theo has some parting words for Lola. He wishes her luck finding a man who lives up to her lofty standards – he’s not sure he exists.
