She’s always scheming and plotting something, often in the name of her beloved son Wyatt, but Quinn crossed the line enough times that she probably shouldn’t be walking around a free woman. For starters, she dangled her protégé Aly over a railing, pushed Ivy off a bridge without being seen, kidnapped Liam when he had amnesia, and pushed Deacon off a cliff. She evaded prison time for her crime against Liam due to some fast talking by her lawyer. As for Deacon, aside from a few angry outbursts, he simply moved on, smitten as he was with Quinn.
Flo Fulton, The Bold and the Beautiful

Flo was introduced to Bold and Beautiful viewers when she posed as the mother of a baby for Steffy to adopt. Flo was helping Dr. Reese Buckingham who switched Hope’s alive baby for one that was delivered stillborn in order to receive a large sum of money for facilitating the adoption. Though Flo was eventually arrested, she was promptly given an immunity deal in exchange for helping to nail Reese. So you know, all forgiven.
Xander Kiriakis, Days of our Lives

Where do we start with Xander? He committed manslaughter as a teen, smuggled diamonds, held Nicole captive, shot Marlena, helped Kristen impersonate Nicole, and switched Eric and Sarah’s baby for Brady and Kristen’s newborn after an accident led to Sarah’s child’s death. He also let Will go to prison for the car crash knowing full well he wasn’t responsible. Xander did go to jail once when Theresa falsely accused him of attempted rape, but the crimes he did commit? Bygones!
Kristen DiMera, Days of our Lives

Kristen’s most recent criminal act was stabbing Victor. Brady helped her flee town with their baby so she wouldn’t have to answer for it, but that’s not the only reason she should be behind bars. Her crimes range from repeatedly attacking Marlena to drugging and raping Eric to impregnating herself with Brady and Theresa’s embryo to pushing Haley down a flight of stairs to her death – and so much more in between. This woman should not be free to roam the world, yet, somehow she continues to avoid answering for her crimes.
Sonny Corinthos, General Hospital

Even though viewers aren’t entirely sure what illegal activities Sonny deals in, he is the Don of Port Charles. So whatever he does to make money should probably land him in jail. He should definitely be in the slammer for all the people viewers have also seen him threaten, kidnap, and kill. He even shot his own son Dante, who was working undercover to take him down at the time, yet he’s still a free man. Sonny did go to prison once after he shot and killed AJ. However, he saved the attendees at a Haunted Star party, including the governor’s daughter, from a bomb blast. The governor was so grateful that he pardoned Sonny for AJ’s murder. As for how he has evaded prison time for everything else he’s done, we can only attribute it to the mesmerizing power of his legendary dimples.
Julian Jerome, General Hospital

A former mobster, Julian has committed several crimes including kidnapping, murder, assault, tax fraud, and aiding and abetting. When he was eventually forced to answer for his sins, his sister, Ava, blackmailed D.A. Hornsby into throwing the case. Julian went on to help Brad keep his baby swapping secret and then tampered with Brad’s car which led to Lucas’ coma. Though he’s never truly paid for his crimes, Nelle did blackmail him into marrying her with the dirt she had on him. Some might consider that punishment enough.
Victor Newman, The Young and the Restless

Victor is the last person who should be walking around a free man. In his long tenure in Genoa City, The Mustache has committed the crimes of imprisonment, blackmail, faking his death more than once (his most recent was with the help of the GCPD, so no harm no foul), obstructing justice, and shooting Jack. Additionally, he was sentenced to ten years in prison for holding Jack prisoner while Marco took over Jack’s life. When Victor saved Nikki and Phyllis from a crazed Ian Ward, a judge reduced his sentence and allowed him to serve the remainder of it under house arrest. Pretty convenient.
Chloe Mitchell, The Young and the Restless

Chloe went down a dark path in an attempt to make Adam pay for killing her daughter Delia. With help from Victor, she set Adam up for Constance’s death which sent him to prison. When Adam escaped, she blew up the cabin he was in leading to his presumed death. She then faked her suicide, again with an assist from Victor, but eventually returned to Genoa City. As did a very much alive Adam, who Chloe shot at point blank range. Luckily for her, some fancy legal maneuvering by Michael combined with a temporary insanity plea led to her getting off scot-free.
