Kyle and Summer were passing the time playing solitaire, but Theo thought they should choose a game they could all play. Summer and Lola went to make drinks and Theo challenged Kyle to arm-wrestle. When Theo kept winning Kyle accused him of cheating and an argument broke out.
Behind the bar, Lola and Summer did a little bonding after Summer admitted she once dreamed of becoming a bartender after watching the movie, Coyote Ugly. Lola loved that movie too and they laughed together over the tagline.
After their talk of the movie, Summer turns serious and apologizes to Lola for her and Kyle ending up there. Lola admits she doesn’t always want to be the person who is ‘handling things well’…she’s not there yet. Summer wants Lola to be happy.
Lola pulls Theo away from his argument with Kyle and reminds him they need to keep the peace if they’re going to get through the ice storm together. Lola and Theo wind up in the kitchen, where they discuss their hypothetical first date and Theo gives her a kiss that leaves her stammering.
Abby startles Chance, who had gone down to the lobby to check on things and fell asleep as it was so quiet. After the scare, Abby sits on his lap and kisses him. She wants to go back upstairs, but he has something to attend to first involving Phyllis.
After having broken into Phyllis’ suite to find the hidden recordings she’s holding over Chance and Adam’s heads, Abby locates a thumb drive. Chance is unable to locate and remove the recording from Phyllis’ laptop, so Abby decides to pour water over it. After, they end up having sex in Phyllis’ shower.
