12. EJ DiMera, Days of our Lives

After spending years revving engines, so to speak, as a race-car driver, EJ burnt rubber all the way to Salem, where he made lovers and enemies — sometimes at once — of women as diverse as his scheming equal, Sami, and good girl Abigail.
11. Lance Prentiss, The Young and the Restless
As he ping-ponged between sisters Leslie and Lorie, Lance created the archetype for countless rich playboys to come after him, handsome devils with a drink in one hand and a beautiful woman in the other — characters like Eric Forrester, the womanizer that original portrayer John McCook later played on The Bold and the Beautiful.
10. Patrick Drake, General Hospital

We know, we know — Patrick morphed into the perfect husband and father for Robin and their family. Before that, however, Dr. Feel-Good gave pop Noah a run for his money as the smooth operator with the most satisfying bedside manner.
9. Tie: Brad Carlton, The Young and the Restless, and Bill Spencer, The Bold and the Beautiful

Don Diamont has a type, that’s for sure, and that type is wealthy lotharios who call to mind bad baseball batters — ’cause there’s nothing that they wouldn’t hit on! And they’re so intense about their bedhopping, too. Brad once gave himself a heart attack during a hookup, and Bill’s prowess in the saddle earned him the nickname Stallion.
8. Victor Newman, The Young and the Restless
There’s only one woman that Victor calls “my darling” and means it. (Two or three, tops.) Regardless, when he turns his intense gaze and deep voice on a potential lover, she’s as powerless to resist as he is unable to keep an eye out for his next conquest.
7. Sonny Corinthos, General Hospital
Forget bedroom eyes, Port Charles’ answer to Michael Corleone has bedroom dimples, which have proven to be so potent, he’s fathered half the town. He even invented grief sex, a means of pain relief that’s as hot as it is ill-advised.
6. Kyle Abbott, The Young and the Restless
A chip off the old block, Jack’s son is the kinda JV loverboy who’d enter into a marriage of convenience to convince his bride to give his ailing girlfriend a part of her liver…then cheat on his sweetheart with his wife. (Hey, it was convenient.)
5. Jack Abbott, The Young and the Restless
They don’t call him Smilin’ Jack because he spends so much time alone in quiet contemplation. He’s a dyed-in-the-wool ladies’ man who’s often mistaken monogamy for that game with Boardwalk and Free Parking.
4. Asa Buchanan, One Life to Live
If he’d just had a wandering eye, Asa might’ve made soul mate Renée a fine, upstanding husband. Trouble was, the rest of the onetime bigamist had a habit of wandering, too, and always in the direction of younger fillies.
3. Ridge Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful
It’s ironic that Ridge makes his living designing beautiful clothes for women to wear; his main goal in life has always seemed to be undressing them. Right, Brooke? Taylor? Caroline? Morgan? Katie? Ashley? Need we go on? Because we could!
2. Noah Drake, General Hospital
We’re not going to say that the hospital had to stock up on penicillin while Patrick’s dad was, ahem, making the rounds. We will say, though, that he spent more time “playing doctor” than he did actually diagnosing patients or performing surgeries.
1. Tad Martin, All My Children
Could any other playa have laid claim to the top spot? (Spoiler alert: no.) Sure, Dixie’s true love matured with age, but he didn’t earn his nickname of “Tad the Cad” by ending his dates with a chaste kiss — or even with the same girl he started with!
