Since Kristian Alfonso is leaving Days of our Lives, the death of Ciara would be a logical reason for Hope to exit. Yes, Salem is her home… but maybe at this point, it’s become a home too full of heartbreaking memories of loved ones lost.

As if Ciara’s niece needed any more reasons to buckle down and live life to the fullest! Losing the aunt with whom she wasted so much time warring might convince Claire to seize the day — by going after Tripp again!
Even if Abe’s son only returns to Salem for Ciara’s memorial service, a short visit — and a catch-up with Claire — might be enough to inspire him to come home permanently and offer his old flame an attractive option to Tripp.
It feels grotesque to say, but Ciara’s death could be her father-in-law’s chance of a lifetime. Were he to really be there for her widower, the way he so rarely was when his son was growing up, Clyde could wind up developing an amazingly close relationship with Ben.
His desire to comfort his grieving grandfather doesn’t sit well at all with his lady love, who we’re sure you don’t need reminding has such an axe to grind with Victor that she plunged a knife into his chest! So Brady and Kristen are now a couple at an uncomfortable crossroads.
