Deacon and Nikki surely looked poised for confrontation in a promo shot for their crossover event. A visit from a furious Newman is exactly what Deacon needs in his life right now. As if he doesn’t have enough to deal with trying to keep Sheila out of trouble!

Nikki’s giving Deacon that pursed lip look we know all too well. This is not going to go well for him, we’re guessing, though she’s always had a certain vulnerability to his considerable charms.
All Business

Design business that is. Nikki may have an ulterior motive for coming to L.A. (to dig dirt on Diane Jenkins), but she is also making the trip to have Eric (and Ridge, who doesn’t appear in this series of photos) design a wedding dress for her granddaughter Summer, who is about to be surprised with a do-over ceremony by her husband Kyle.

The Forresters and Newmans go way back and it’s always fun to see characters from Young & Restless travel to L.A. to strengthen the connection with sister soap, Bold & Beautiful. It’s definitely a reason to smile… not only for actors John McCook and Melody Thomas Scott, but also for viewers!

It looks like Hope of the Hope for the Future fashion line and CEO Steffy set aside their differences, which have been rising to the surface again recently, long enough to pose with company head Eric and Nikki in the hallowed halls of Forrester Creations. Looking good gals!

Melody Thomas Scott took time out from filming to say ‘cheese’ in a sweet shot with her handsome hubby, Ed Scott, who is a supervising producer at Bold & Beautiful. He began his producing career on Young & Restless and took a position as co-executive producer on Days of Our Lives for two years, before being lured back to CBS studios.
