Image Credit: Sean Smith/JPI As the rivalry at work continued, Steffy once sabotaged Hope’s fashion show by making her sign read ‘Ho for the Future’ rather than ‘Hope for the Future’. Steffy’s brother, Thomas, however, had an eye for his sister’s rival.

The Triangle Begins

Steffy used her sexuality in a bid to lure his attention away from Hope, who wanted to remain a virgin until she was married.

Rivalry on Location

It usually involved a wedding, but in this case, Steffy was with Liam in Mexico and when she realized Hope and Thomas were at the same resort, attempted to keep Liam from running into her rival. At one point, an ATV accident landed Steffy in the hospital.

Aspen

Wedding Interrupted
Image Credit: Howard Wise/JPI Several of Hope’s attempts to marry Liam glitched due to circumstances involving Steffy. In this case, Steffy showed up at the last minute and announced she was pregnant, which put a halt to the surprise nuptials Brooke and Hope had planned.

Tension
Image Credit: Howard Wise/JPI Hope arrived back at home after a long time away overseas to find Liam reeling from the news that a pregnant Steffy had slept with his father. Hope, who never stopped loving him, had a few tense interactions with Steffy over the matter.

Engaged
Image Credit: Howard Wise/JPI After Liam and Steffy welcomed Kelly into the world, she was determined to marry him, but stalled in setting a date due to Bill’s threats regarding her mother. In the end, Hope discovered she was pregnant with Liam’s child and Steffy made a decision to remove herself from the running. She put her engagement ring on Hope’s finger in a sort of proposal.

Stirring the Pot

Baby Debacle

That Old Feeling
Image Credit: CBS screenshot Steffy and Hope’s rivalry, seemingly buried for the sake of the kids, showed signs of starting up again when two family issues ratcheted up tensions. Hope and Thomas began debating with whom Douglas should live, and Steffy began pushing for her father to leave Brooke and reunite with her mom, Taylor. It wasn’t just Hope and Steffy getting into it, however, but a full-scale Forrester vs. Logan war loomed.

Reprieve

Unable to understand how Bill could possibly put them all in danger this way, Steffy confided in Hope that she would never forget this and vowed to make Sheila and Bill pay.
