While there were fights before this, we pick up the rivalry in 2001. To be fair, the screaming was mostly on Taylor’s end during this confrontation with Brooke, who infuriated her all the more by rolling her eyes and trying to walk away. Unsurprisingly, Ridge was the reason for the showdown and also the person to intervene.
The Clashes of ’05

There were loads of snippy encounters between the two ladies after Taylor returned from the dead (the Prince Omar years) and reclaimed Ridge. Several surrounded Taylor confronting Brooke about her activities while she was gone. The tables turned when Brooke caught Taylor kissing Hector behind Ridge’s back on New Year’s.
The Nick Battles of ’07

By the time 2007 rolled around, Brooke and Taylor had moved on to fighting over Nick. Brooke left him for Ridge and then decided she wanted him back, which didn’t go over well with Taylor, who became engaged to Nick and decided to have his baby. We all know how that ended (hint: debacle — Taylor carrying a baby made with Brooke’s egg). In the showdown pictured, Brooke had put Taylor on notice about reclaiming Nick, Taylor warned her to back up off of her man, and Brooke asked, “What are you going to do about it, run me over with your car?” Taylor, of course, had hit and killed Thorne’s wife Darla while drinking and driving, so dem was fighting words.
The Rick Bickering of ’08

After Baby Jack was born, Brooke and Taylor began fighting over him, before a new opportunity for animosity arose when Taylor started dating Brooke’s son Rick. Prior to that twist, they were clashing over Rick dating Taylor’s daughter Phoebe… so it was a tangled web indeed. Keeping up?
The Mud Bath Wrestling Match of ’09

Believe it or not, this is Taylor and Brooke “getting along”! Or at least trying to. When they asked Ridge to choose between them, he refused to do so unless they attempted to work out their personal differences first. Dr. James Warwick came up with the mud bath as one means for them to, ahem, work things out.
The Water Fountain Fiasco of 2010

What began as a squabble about who was more deserving of their position at Forrester Creations (and who had besmirched the family name) took a turn to the physical when Taylor shoved Brooke into, ahem, a babbling brook. Okay, it was really a fountain. Brooke reached up and pulled Taylor in and the rest, well… you can see for yourself. It’s a wonder someone didn’t drown.
The Salivation Scandal of 2010

When Taylor got up in Brooke’s grill about her salivating over Thomas as they worked together on FC’s men’s line, and declared her son wouldn’t become another of the blonde’s scandals, Brooke was outraged. In her defense, she fumed that Thomas was her stepson: “I am Ridge’s wife!” Referring to Oliver, Taylor snarled back, “That didn’t stop you with Hope’s boyfriend, did it?!?” Oof. Brooke then hauled off and smacked Tay Tay across the face.
When Brooke began getting closer to Bill while helping him care for a newborn Will when Katie had post-partum depression — surprise! — Taylor was on hand to call her out on it. A defensive Brooke deflected the accusation that she was developing feelings with, “Katie is my sister!” Taylor then went on to recite a laundry list of other affairs Brooke had indulged in, such as, “Eric was Ridge’s father,” and “Deacon was Bridget’s husband.” This earned her a good hard slap across the face at the time, but as we know, Brooke did, in fact, get involved with her sister’s husband.
Weddingus Interruptus 2013

By 2013, Brooke and Taylor had moved on to fighting over their daughter’s love lives. When Hope and Brooke “surprised” Liam with a cliffside wedding and Steffy showed up with Taylor to stop it because she was pregnant with the groom’s child, as one might guess, things got tense. This showdown didn’t turn physical, but the rivals engaged in a staredown and a few choice words as they backed their fighter.

Despite Steffy having encouraged it, Taylor was bent right out of shape about Hope and Liam marrying. She attended the wedding with her daughter, who made her promise to behave, but as you can see, Taylor couldn’t resist getting into it with her arch-rival and having her say on the matter. Ruining the mother of the bride’s make-up and gown was just the icing on the cake — literally!

It turned out that after her extended time away, Taylor was a little, well, unstable. In fact, she was so upset about Steffy’s life being derailed by her dalliance with Dollar Bill that she shot him! Her confrontations with Brooke and Hope, who she accused of taking advantage of the situation to snag Liam, were more par for the course, although the other characters made mention of her “instability” so often it could have made our soap opera drinking game. In the end, Brooke found out Taylor was the shooter and was shocked when her rival got down on her knees and begged (snarkily) for her to keep it mum. Bill, of course, already knew and let Tay off the hook for Steffy’s sake.
The Hospital Drama of 2022

After Taylor’s latest return, she and Brooke were wary of one another but civil. The first sign of trouble came when they went at it while Steffy was in the hospital in a coma after being shot by Sheila. Brooke took issue with Doc’s plan to let her daughter, who was suffering from amnesia, believe Liam was her husband and not Hope’s. Yeah, you can imagine how that went over. After clearing that hurdle, it was back to being curt and polite… until Taylor and Ridge travelled overseas together. The gloves came off when Brooke confronted Taylor about kissing Ridge in Monaco and the two of them got into it about Thomas’ plan to take Douglas from Hope’s home to live with him. Taylor was unapologetic about having kissed her ex and smirked at Brooke “forbidding” Thomas from taking Douglas. Game on!
The Paint Skirmish of 2022

They couldn’t just paint the town red?! Brooke and Taylor, erm, expressed themselves, with Douglas’ art supplies as they went head-to-head over the boy’s living arrangements and of course — who else?!? — Ridge! The designer, who we’re sure has seldom seen artistic license taken like this, luckily (or unluckily for him) was on hand to break up the fracas.
