We have the latest Days of Our Lives spoilers from Monday, May 8, to Friday, May 19. John helps Marlena mark a very special occasion, while the truth about Talia and Colin slowly bubbles to the surface. Elsewhere, Alex’s rough week has a bright spot, several locals unite to rescue Kate, and Stefan hopes that Gabi will say the one word that could bring them both a whole lot of happiness!

In today’s recap, Kate gets acquainted with her captor, Dimitri, while Kayla keeps Nicole’s secret.

Dimitri wears a black sweater over his broad shoulders. His short dark hair swoops off his forehead. A large map hangs on a wall behind him, as he glowers ahead.

It’s a big day for Nicole as EJ makes it clear he knows that she hit the sheets with Eric… only for her to later find out from Kayla that she’s pregnant!

Gabi and Stefan are ready to do what it takes to keep EJ and Nicole at bay. (They’d best hurry, though, because it looks like Gabi won’t be around forever now that portrayer Camila Banus has revealed she’s leaving the soap!)

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, May 9:

In today’s recap, after Colin sends Paulina a threatening text, Jada turns up at his door.

A shirtless Tripp feeds Wendy, who wears a thick robe.

Jada’s been looking at her sister through increasingly suspicious eyes, and that probably won’t change once she hears what Chloe and Xander have to say about Talia!

Look out, Paulina… Colin is ready to focus his nefarious attention on you!

Can Tripp convince Wendy that she should stay in Seattle with him? (If so, that would certainly play into Johnny’s fears, because at the same time, he’s telling Chanel that he’s worried Wendy will pick Tripp!)

They say two can keep a secret if one of them is dead. For her sake, Anna might want to hope that’s not true, because Nicole’s about to spill the beans about her conundrum!

Paulina points the finger at Sloan, who immediately defends herself. Meanwhile, Jada has a few questions for Colin. And Talia does what she can to convince Chanel her feelings are real.

<p>Not only did <em>Bold & Beautiful </em>easily walk away with a win in this category thanks to Sheila’s severed digit, but they managed to turn it into a running joke by having Deacon refer to her as his “nine-toed beauty.” </p>

<p>Whenever <em>General Hospital</em> put Britt and Austin in a scene, everyone could see the sparks flying between them. Everyone, that is, except the show’s writers, who completely overlooked this would-be pairing’s potential. </p>

<p>While some saw <em>Days of Our Lives</em>‘ move to Peacock as a sign the show soon would be pushing up daisies, the streaming service instead breathed new life into the sudser via a two-year renewal. </p>

<p>It seemed as if every character on <em>Young & Restless</em> was named CEO at one point or another. Although Victoria was the only one to last long enough to have her own portrait hung, removed and re-hung! </p>

<p>The testosterone was flowing as <em>Bold & Beautiful</em>‘s Ridge and Deacon butted heads over Brooke in the Il Giardino supply closet, which at one point doubled as the latter’s living quarters. </p>

<p>When <em>General Hospital </em>tried using a memorial service to convince us that Luke Spencer is really dead — which we’re still not buying, by the way — both ex-wife Jennifer Smith and longtime nemesis Helena Cassadine put in appearances. </p>

<p><em>Days of Our Lives</em>‘ Bonnie might not be the first person you’d think to turn to for a makeover, but she helped newly dumped Nancy get back-on-the-market-ready. (Sure, that led to the redhead hooking up with killer Clyde, but she looked fabulous while it lasted!) </p>

<p>When <em>Young & Restless</em>‘ Devon and Abby gave in to passion, no ordinary, bedroom-bound encounter would do. After getting things started on the couch, they took things to the next level — or at least halfway there — with a round of stairs sex… rugburn be damned! </p>

<p><em>Bold & Beautiful </em>marked its 35th anniversary with a special episode featuring Brooke and her many, many true loves. So many, in fact, that they couldn’t all be captured in this one photograph! </p>

<p>Long, long, <em>long </em>after <em>General Hospital </em>viewers had begun openly campaigning for Peter’s demise, the bad guy finally met his maker with mom-turned-aunt Anna by his side. At least we think he did. For all we know, she stashed him in a clinic somewhere… </p>

<p>When <em>Days of Our Lives</em>‘ Tripp declared himself ready to marry Allie, Roman suggested the younger man pump the brakes. Sure enough, the woman of Tripp’s daydreams was soon steaming up her nights with gal pal Chanel! </p>

<p>Talk about mixed messages! <em>Young & Restless</em>‘ Ashland went from big bad to Victoria’s true love to unbalanced lunatic in a matter of months. </p>

<p>Fans of <em>General Hospital</em>‘s Spencer and Trina were put through the wringer as the Cassadine heir made one bone-headed move after another… mostly involving his viperish girlfriend, Esme! </p>

<p>Abigail and Chad managed to derail two <em>Days of Our Lives </em>weddings at once by exposing the truth about Gwen (before she could wed Xander) and Leo (who was set to exchange “I dos” with Craig).</p>

<p>There were a million ways <em>Young & Restless</em>‘ Diane could have gotten Jack’s attention. Her method? Buying the house previously owned by the son he hadn’t spoken to in years. Guess Hallmark doesn’t make a “Guess what… I’m not really dead!” card, huh? </p>

<p>Bet right about now, <em>Bold & Beautiful</em>‘s Taylor is kinda sorta wishing she’d just let Sheila fall off the hospital roof in the wake of Finn and Steffy’s shooting. </p>

<p>For ages, we begged <em>General Hospital</em> to give Liz a frontburner story. Well, be careful what you ask for, ’cause what we got took forever to unfold, rewrote history and ultimately made no sense whatsoever.</p>

<p>Even as the scenes in which <em>Days of Our Lives</em>‘ Johnny was chained up in the DiMera crypt were airing, we were thinking, “Yup, he’s got this category nailed down!” At long last, we can make it official. </p>

<p>Thanks to its anonymous nature, listeners didn’t know who to blame for the nap-inducingly mirthless (and ironically named) <em>Grinning Soul </em>podcast which <em>Young & Restless</em>‘ Billy hosted. We, however, wanted him to have full… credit? </p>

<p>We’re still not exactly sure what caused the vehicle driven by <em>Bold & Beautiful</em>‘s Li to spontaneously explode, but kudos to Finn’s mom for managing to stay alive behind that seafood shack long enough to be discovered by Bill!</p>

<p>Not only did <em>General Hospital</em>‘s Harmony reveal the truth about Willow’s maternity before croaking, she managed to share the info with the one person guaranteed to keep it from Nina! </p>

<p>Naturally skeptical upon being told hubby Ben was dead (again), <em>Days of Our Lives</em>‘ Ciara managed to connect with him just as they’d done when she was the one whose demise had been prematurely reported.</p>

<p>After <em>Young & Restless</em>‘ Nick abandoned New Hope to reclaim a top slot at Newman Enterprises, son Noah followed in his dad’s footsteps by ditching the non-profit to (checks notes) open a nightclub. </p>

<p><em>Bold & Beautiful</em>‘s Quinn grabbed a bike and raced to stop Carter from marrying Paris… only to inexplicably dump the hunk a few weeks later. </p>

<p>Ava may eventually forgive <em>General Hospital</em>‘s Nikolas for sleeping with Esme, but we’re not sure we’ll ever be able to forget the image of them together! </p>

<p>Time and again, it’s looked as if <em>Days of Our Lives </em>might finally redeem Gwen… only to have the British beauty make one bad decision (pursuing Xander) after another (partnering with Ava). </p>

<p>In attempting to take down newly resurrected rival Diane, <em>Young & Restless</em>‘ Phyllis wound up wrecking her own relationship with mutual love Jack.</p>

<p>One has to wonder what might have happened had <em>Bold & Beautiful</em>‘s Ridge never been clocked on the head by a pine cone — which, you’ll recall, prompted him to run off to Aspen and declare his love to Taylor. These are the questions that keep us up night, kids! </p>

<p>In our hearts, we knew that <em>General Hospital</em>‘s Rory never really stood a chance with Trina. But gee, the good-guy cop was swoon-worthy enough that we hoped he’d get an ending of the happy variety as opposed to the kind that comes with a toe tag. </p>

<p>Thanks to one of Rolf’s magic potions, <em>Days of Our Lives</em>‘ Sarah briefly believed herself to be first Renee and later a baby-talking younger version of herself who dreamed of “growing up” and marrying Eric. </p>

<p>Far as we know, nobody bothered to tell <em>Young & Restless</em>‘ Lauren when her soap-hopping tormentor died (and was later resurrected) on <em>Bold & Beautiful. </em>Maybe one day Nikki will remember having spotted a disguised Sheila and mention it to Michael’s wife! </p>
