Days of our Lives actress worries about her parents and in-laws getting sick.

Updated March 27: Days of our Lives’ Christie Clark (Carrie Brady) shared an update on her health, saying both she and her husband Tom have been fairly sick, but fortunately, she is starting to feel better. She noted, “Day 7, 8, & 9 were tricky and haven’t been able to taste food for a while. So excited to be in the land of the living again & start exercising…soon.” Soaps.com wishes both Clark and her husband well.

On March 23 Soaps.com reported Days of our Lives’ Christie Clark (Carrie Brady) posted a video on Instagram that she most likely has COVID-19. Unfortunately, Clark, who lives in the UK with her husband and family, is unable to get tested without checking into a hospital. The lack of testing available is something fellow soap actors such as Chloe Lanier and Greg Rikaart have vented about. Clark believes she may have caught it from her yoga instructor, and passed it on to her husband. Both being sick at the same time made her worry for her own parents and in-laws. The actress and her husband have chosen to self isolate as they ride the sickness out.  Clark last appeared on Days of our Lives in June of 2019.

This is most likely a coronavirus story. Can’t get tested unless you check in to hospital in the U.K. Woke up Tuesday with chills, fever, headache, body aches and major sore throat. Was in bed for 3 days…zapped of energy. Our yoga instructor was told she had it and I was with her 5 days previous to getting this strange virus. Most people don’t have much to worry about. I’ve had worse flu symptoms before. But, I’m very worried about my parents and my in laws, as I’m sure a lot of you are. My neighbor saved my butt. This angel made dinner for us every night and left it on our door. Stock up on easy dinners. In case, two parents get it at the same time which is what happened to my husband and me. Tests are supposedly coming soon to prove that certain people have already had it. Then we can once again join society and hopefully, help on the front line and rebuild the economy. That’s my plan. Stay safe, wash your hands, help each other. #coronavirus #feellikeshitlooklikeshit #kidsathome

Day 6: walk in the back fields! First, three days was basically zombie land, barely out of bed. Last three days slight energy in the morning and then basically dreaming of bed from lunch onwards. I hear day 7 & 8 is when some people think they are getting better and the alien virus decides to mess with your lungs or make the fever reappear . Eek! Lot of the same stories now floating around. A few people asked me why I haven’t gotten tested and that’s because the hospitals are rammed with people who actually need it. Nothing has been life threatening for my husband and I. And they have a test coming soon(🤞) that can prove you’ve had it after the fact. Also, I’m sure you all heard many times but only paracetamol/ Tylenol if you think you have coronavirus, ibuprofen is supposedly not good to take when you have it. #coronavirus
