Fans of Freddie Smith have noticed that the actor has shed a few pounds this summer, since his return as Sonny Kiriakis July 28. thinks he’s looking good. Smith tells fans that he has been working away at shedding those pesky 15 pounds that snuck up on him when he wasn’t looking, and travelling and eating lots of delicious food such as burgers. That’ll do it! He shared a video on his YouTube account where he talked about putting off going to the gym for some reason or another, then explained his motivation, what’s been working for him now to get to the gym, what works for him and how he, like so many of us, use one favorite pair of pants to judge whether or not he needs to lose. He also took to Instagram recently, asking if there were any fans out there who wanted to start the 60 day run challenge with him. In addition to running and spending some time lifting at the gym, Smith has been eating clean and encourages fans to go on this journey together – as accountability partners. Smith needs fans as much as they need him, so if you want to shed a few pounds, this could be a boon to you.
