Heading for primetime.

Model and former “Days of our Lives” star Nathan Owens (ex-Cameron) is joining the cast of “Devious Maids.” Owens will play a military vet named Jesse. The role will be a regular on the Lifetime series created by Marc Cherry (“Desperate Housewives”) and starring Ana Ortiz (“Ugly Betty”), Susan Lucci (ex-Erica, “All My Children”) and Brianna Brown (ex-Lisa, “General Hospital”). No word yet on when Owens will make his first appearance but Soaps.com will update you as more information becomes available on season three’s premiere date.

Owens played the role of Dr. Cameron Davis on “Days” and was seen around Salem from 2012 until 2013.
