That’s a Wrap! Lindsay Arnold Out as Days of Our Lives’ Allie
Don’t get your hopes up for a happily ever after for Days of Our Lives sweethearts Allie and Chanel: Lindsay Arnold, who plays Sami and Lucas’ daughter, has finished taping, Soap Opera Digest reports.
The actress joined the cast in the summer of 2020 and was immediately thrust onto the frontburner. Not only was her character pregnant, but she’d been raped by (it turned out) Charlie. Allie subsequently got involved with, of all people, Charlie’s brother Tripp but wound up being drawn to her own brother Johnny’s fiancée, Chanel.

When Soaps.com spoke with Arnold a few months into her stay in Salem, she noted that Allie had “been crying pretty much for the last year, so I’d love to see her get a little bit like, ‘All right, let’s get tough. Let’s switch it up.’
“I would love to throw a little more Sami in there,” she added. “Kind of get Allie to be a little more tough.”
Like mother, like… actually not much like daughter at all.

Although we’re not sure that “tough” is the word that we’d use to describe the heroine, she certainly has gotten herself into some saucy situations — including a daytime first (Chanel and Allie’s threesome with anything-goes Alex).
