Chrishell Stause will be making her way back to Days of Our Lives this week once again. And though her character may have been murdered in 2019 that hasn’t stopped Jordan’s spirit from returning to Salem a time or two, which left many wondering why the soap really needed to kill her off in the first place. However, it won’t be in Salem where we’ll see Ben’s dearly departed sister this time… it’ll be in purgatory!

As previewed in the latest weekly promo, Kate awakens somewhere unfamiliar and calls out, “Hello?” When she comes across a woman with her back facing her, Kate pushes her and repeats, “Hello,” and is stunned to see Jordan, who replies, “Welcome to purgatory, hunny.”

Of her return, Stause stated, “She’s baaaaackkk…”

For those who don’t recall, Jordan had been killed at the hands of Evan, aka Christian Maddox, the father of her son David, after they had an argument, which led to him strangling her. And the last time we saw her spirit in Salem was back in May 2021 when Jordan had materialized to Ben and taunted her brother for cheating on Ciara with her cousin Claire — the same person who tried to burn his wife to death in the Horton cabin — and urged him to sign divorce papers.

And given Jordan and Kate’s history, over Rafe’s affections, their reunion of sorts will likely be anything but pleasant. Stay tuned!
