Days of Our Lives viewers are going to see a new but familiar face arrive in Salem on Friday, May 12, 2023. People has learned exclusively that Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg was asked to appear on the Peacock soap. Though his character details are being kept under wraps, fans of the Bravo reality show know that Flagg is a sassy, cut-throat realtor who has no trouble facing off with his competitors so we’re sure he can hold his own.

There is one thing we can tell you about his first foray into soaps… The outlet did share a couple of photos of Flagg’s upcoming scenes where he will be meeting with Alex and Stephanie — and those who watch him take L.A. by storm as a realtor will notice that his character is dressed much like himself in a black suit and tie. One more hint that he could possibly be playing a realtor or maybe even a lawyer, is the fact that he arrives on the scene with a folder of documents in hand.

So, how did the TV personality land the gig? The casting team reached out to him because they thought he could “play this particular character very well.” And considering he’s used to being in front of the camera, Flagg was not nervous at all but rather “very excited” for his new venture — plus, he happens to be a longtime fan of the soap, having watched the goings-on in Salem as a child with his mom.

However, things didn’t exactly go perfectly… “There was one line that I could not remember and we tried over and over again,” he shared. “Finally I just changed it into my own words and the director loved it, so we just went with my own language.”

Stay tuned for Flagg’s 2023 guest appearance and be sure to catch him and the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles gang tonight, Thursday, December 8, at 9 pm, for the show’s Season 14 premiere!
