Alyshia Ochse joins Days of our Lives as Zoe

Updated May 8: Soaps.com con confirmed that Alyshia Ochse’s first Days of our Lives air date as Zoey Burge is Thursday May 14.

On March 13 Soaps.com reported that actress Alyshia Ochse is joining the cast of Days of our Lives for a multi-episode arc. Though it was first listed that Ochse would be playing Zoey Burge, news has since surfaced that General Hospital’s Kelly Thiebaud has been cast on Days in the role. However, in April, a rep for Ochse confirmed to Soaps.com that the actress will in fact be returning to Days of our Lives and now we can confirm that she will be taking over the role of Zoey in May from Kelly Thiebaud, who had scheduling conflicts. Ochse appeared on the NBC soap opera back in 2009 as clinic nurse, Sara, and played the role of Cassandra/The Woman in White on General Hospital from 2011 – 2012. She has had numerous television roles on series such as True Detective and Hart of Dixie, and appeared in the Cameron Diaz film, The Other Woman.
