Vanessa Williams is returning to Days of our Lives as Dr. Valerie Grant on Wednesday May 1. Williams left Days in November 2018 when Valerie took a chief of staff job at a hospital in Washington DC. Soaps.com has learned Williams’ return will be brief, as the actress exits on Thursday May 2.
