As The World Turns Dayplayers Introduced
When Noah decided to enlist and Luke followed him to New York, Che Ayende was there to help the two figure out exactly where they needed to be - and with whom! Che played an Army recruiting officer. He has also appeared in shows such as "Law & Order" and in the film "Word of Honor".
Rosalyn Coleman began playing Brenda when Alison began nursing school. The school administrator was never a fan of Alison's but she was a favorite of many Oakdale fans. Rosalyn isn't a newcomer to soaps. She played an ER doctor for a short time on One Life To Live. She is currently working on two new projects, the films are "Brooklyn’s Finest" and "Indelible".
Teenage actress Leslie Ann Glossner played Ashley, Parker's love interest, for several weeks this summer. With Parker's romance with Liberty heating up, have we seen the last of Ashley? Only time will tell. You may recognize Leslie from her role in "Shock Act". She played Ginny.
Charlie Pollack is a newcomer who had a very fast and very strong impact on most fans. Though many of them aren't fans of Janet's, when Charlie's character, Bud, attacked her, fans raced to Janet's defense. We saw the last of Bud when Katie paid him off. Or did we? Charlie's first break-out role was on "Law & Order".
Finally, Samantha Hahn began playing Fay in February. Samantha has a long acting resume but you may remember her best as Ashley Gardella on "Law & Order: Criminal Intent". She also played Brenda on Guiding Light. Samantha is currently working on "Return to Sleepaway Camp" and "Blood Night".
There you have it, fans, you are up to date on which actors are behind those familiar faces that round out the cast of ATWT.

These dayplayers could be waitresses, a new romantic interest for an established character or a business interest. Soaps.com has done our homework and we’ve found out more about a few of these dayplayers. Read on to learn more.
A few weeks ago, a very familiar face showed up at Sage, Natalie and Faith’s camp. Debra Jo Rupp plays the camp counselor. She is best known as Kitty from “That 70’s Show”. You may also remember her as Phoebe’s nutty sister-in-law from “Friends”. You can expect Debra Jo to continue appearing on As The World Turns through the summer, until the girls’ return home from camp.
Michael E. Rodgers first appeared as Neil just a week ago. He has quickly made an impact in Oakdale – at least on the Snyder men! Both Jack and Holden are upset at his interest in Carly, who is really just looking for a distraction! You may recognize Michael from his roles on shows such as “Bones” and “CSI: Miami”. He has also appeared in films such as “Stranded” and “What’s Up, Scarlet?”. He is also a talented barber!
