Meet AMC’s New Greenlee!
Rumors about a new Greenlee have been circulating for months, thanks in part to several mentions of her on AMC.Many fans hoped that Rebecca Budig, who played Greenlee Smythe Lavery from 1999 to 2005 would reprise the role. While playing Greenlee, Rebecca was twice nominated for Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress. It had also been speculated that Lauren Woodland, ex-Brittany, Y&R or Maitland Ward, ex-Jessica, B&B would reprise the role.

It’s official – Greenlee is returning to Pine Valley. . .but it won’t be the same old Greens. Sabine Singh has been cast in the role, sources tell Soaps.com.
Raised in New York, Sabine Singh is probably best known for her role as Martha Stewart’s daughter Lexie in the made-for-tv flick “Martha Behind Bars”. She has also appeared on shows such as Dawson’s Creek, CSI: NY and Las Vegas. She has also appeared in off-Broadway theatre productions. Miss Singh graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She also studied in London and Stratford-on-Avon in the Royal Shakespeare Company. She was raised in New York.
