Phyllis and Sharon talk, Adam thinks of Sharon, and Cane pleads his case with Mac and Lily's family!
After Mackenzie storms into Neil's apartment with JT in tow, Neil wants to know what's going on. Mackenzie blurts that Cane is suing her for control of the amniotic fluid! Neil can't believe he's going there! Devon says Lily was dead set against this and accuses Cane of going behind her back! Malcolm notes that Cane is just trying to save his wife's life. JT suggests Cane talk to Lily first, but Cane says it's none of his business. Neil and Devon feel he's violating Lily's trust, and when Mac says she'll fight him, Neil tells Cane they'll back her one hundred percent! Cane says he'll go against them all if he has to. Mac feels he doesn't care about the babies. It interests Neil when Malcolm defends Cane again. It's revealed that Lily's condition is bleak. Cane emotionally pleads for the stem cells, saying it could be Lily's only chance! They all bicker, and Cane tells Mac that Lily's life is in her hands. She hollers that the babies' lives are in her hands too! She leaves, saying he'll get his ugly court battle. Neil tells Cane he's betraying Lily! Cane leaves, and Roxy tells Devon she'd do anything to save him. Neil phones Olivia and learns that Lily is indeed in danger. Devon says he wants Lily to live. Neil can't go against her wishes. He says Lily would risk everything for her babies - that's who Lily is! Devon wouldn't enjoy the babies without Lily, and brings up losing Dru. Neil calls Liv back and says if there is nothing else they can do for Lily in France, to bring her home.
Victor wakes up in the Canadian bar with the lady bartender telling him that he was knocked out and his wallet was emptied of everything but his license. He wants her to tell him where the boat captain went - he's sure she knows more than she's letting on. She tells him her name is Meggie, but says she can't help him, and she doesn't want his money. Victor stresses that he needs to find this man, or his little granddaughter, Summer, will have a sad life. Meggie tells him Adam rented a room for a couple nights. She tells him that Adam kept staring at a photo on the wall - it's Skye. Victor thinks she's familiar, then reads a note on the back about meeting in paradise.
Phyllis, who is carrying Faith, tells Michael outside the Ranch that Nick doesn't know this, but he's taking them on a vacation after this is all over.
Nick is inside the Ranch with Sharon. He says they will take care of her, but she doesn't want that. She says being helped is the reason why she fell in love with...she cuts herself off before saying Adam's name. Nick says it's okay, he's been on all their minds lately. Phyllis and Michael come in with Faith. Nick steps out with Michael. Phyllis tells Sharon she will email her with pictures of Summer and Faith that she took earlier. Sharon suggests they drop the pretense. They have a frank discussion about Nick. Phyllis says she's thrilled that Faith is alive, and was glad they worked together to help Nick, but does she have to live at the Ranch too - no wife should have to put up with this! Sharon blurts, "You're absolutely right!" They discuss always being in each others' life, and Sharon's situation. Sharon wants to find a new place but needs time. Phyllis says she'll find her a place and solve both their problems.
In Brazil, Skye tells Adam that he needs to stop worrying. She says they are close to the biggest score of their lives, adding it's a shame they weren't murdered a long time ago! They kiss. Adam gets a call from a judge. Skye hisses that he already got his cut, but Adam insists they still need his protection. Adam goes to shower and Skye pulls out a ring and looks at it. Adam comes out in a suit, and Skye has an envelope of cash for the judge. She thinks Adam's mind is in Genoa City. He admits he's afraid Victor will kill him, since he's already legally dead! They talk about Sharon, and Skye says his pining doesn't bother her. He says he tried with Sharon, but Skye points out they can't change history, and this con is their future. She tells Adam to say hello to who he really is. Adam tosses the ring out the window. Skye tries to kiss him, but he pulls away. Out in the hallway, he looks at the ring, which he didn't really throw, and thinks about Sharon.
Michael and Nick are still at the Ranch discussing his case when a photo text comes in from Victor to Michael. He steps out to call Victor, telling him the photo is Skye Lockhart who was murdered and buried in his stable - she faked her death and it was Adam who identified the body! Michael goes back inside and tells the others that Victor has a lead. He leaves, as do Nick and Phyllis. Sharon holds the baby later and tells her she can make it on her own, and she won't get sidetracked this time because Phyllis said she'd help, adding that you never know where you'll find a friend.
Mac and JT walk into the Club where they are meeting Michael. They discuss when Victoria was pregnant, how JT fought to save her life over the baby's. Cane comes in and says he thought JT of all people would understand. JT says Vikki couldn't speak for herself, but Lily was clear where she stands. JT points out that if they had done a c-section when he wanted to, he wouldn't have Reed. Michael comes in and looks at Mac's paperwork. He tells Cane he can't win. Mac says she and Lily will be on the same side. Cane pleads with them to see his point of view.
At the tack house, Phyllis and Nick put Summer to bed. Nick tells Phyllis she's amazing. She says he and Summer mean everything to her. They kiss and get busy on the sofa.
Victor is back in the bar. Meggie gives him a room for the night, and he asks her to contact the man, Shaw Roberts, and ask him to meet him tomorrow. He's his only link to Adam and Skye.
