The Young and the Restless - DAILY UPDATES

Nick comes into the tack house to find Phyllis frustrated after trying unsuccessfully to get in the shower and wash her hair. They discuss how stressed he is about the jacket and police. He offers to help her wash her hair, and to get naked and join her! After, they kiss, and talk more about the jacket. She knows he didn't like her jumping to action without talking to him first. He says she always keeps things interesting.

JT comes into Mac's bar and tells her he got full custody of Reed. She asks why he's not happy. JT says that Victoria didn't show up for the hearing. Billy listens with concern and asks a bunch of questions. JT thinks he's going to print a story in Restless Style. Billy promises he's not. They are able to agree that something is very wrong if Victoria missed court. Billy leaves, and JT makes arrangements with Mac for her to pick up Reed so he can go look for Victoria.

Victor and Nikki are at the Club, panicking about Victoria not showing up at her custody hearing. Victoria phones Victor and tells him she's been arrested for Adam's murder. Nikki and Victor head out! They call Nick to let him know.

At the police station, Victoria is sent to be booked by Chance, who then discusses the case with the D.A. They bicker about how tall the killer would have been, and how much force would have been necessary to plunge the pen into Adam's chest. Victor and Nikki arrive. They greet Victoria and Michael comes in pronouncing this to be ridiculous. Victoria is devastated to learn what happened at the custody hearing. Michael threatens to have anything she said thrown out because she was under duress. Chance counters that doesn't matter since she's tied to the murder weapon. Victor promises Vikki he will get her out, and the D.A. tells Michael all his client needs is an alibi. Victor glares at Pomerantz.

Jana and Lauren wake up in the cage. They discuss Ryder. Jana feels it's written all over his face that he doesn't want to be involved. They agree he may be their only hope. Just then, he appears. Lauren tells him he's not like Daisy and Sara, he shows compassion. Daisy comes and tells Ryder they are playing him. She promises to kick his butt if he doesn't get away from the bars. He steps away. Daisy decides that they need to be separated and chained up. She starts issuing orders to Ryder, but he refuses to help her! They bicker and call each other names. Daisy says they'll see how tough he is when Mama Bear gets back! When she leaves, Lauren and Jana applaud him for standing up to Daisy, telling him he can do it with his aunt as well!

At Crimson Lights, a police officer whispers to Jill that he has a scoop. Victoria Newman has been booked for Adam Wilson's murder. Jill pays him to get her a mug shot, then sits down at the laptop and starts typing.

Sara and Patty face-off at the Abbott Mansion. Sara stuns Patty by telling her she doesn't care if she's not Emily, because she's not really Lauren! Patty tries to keep up the ruse, but Sara tells her no dice - she was her surgical nurse when she recovered from her plastic surgery. She used to sit with her each night. Patty realizes it's true. Sara then thanks her, saying if it weren't for her, she never would have believed she could transform herself into Lauren! She shares that Lauren gunned down her sister in cold blood. Sara then asks about Emily, but Jack comes in, barking, "Emily we need to talk! This can't wait!" Patty informs him that she is in the middle of a session and they need privacy. Jack sternly says he expects a call as soon as they're done, and leaves. Sara compliments Patty's impersonation of Emily, and tells her this patient/doctor set up will be perfect for sharing notes. Sara tells Patty to let Michael know she is fine, but that she needs to keep seeing her. Sara gets a call from Daisy about Ryder, and says she has to go.

Outside Mac's bar, Billy calls Victoria, leaving her a message that people are freaking out. He notices a message from Jill and calls her. She excitedly tells him all about Victoria's arrest and her scoop! He tells her not to print it, but she hangs up saying she's going to court! Billy groans.

Victoria's arraignment gets underway at the courthouse. Michael warns the D.A. he will regret this, but he says she had a chance to give an explanation and instead lawyer-ed up! Jill is at the back, writing the story in her mind, when Billy appears and tells her they're leaving, but she refuses. Michael asks for bail, but it is denied just as JT walks in. Suddenly Billy stands up and says Victoria couldn't have killed Adam - she was with him! All heads turn, and Victoria's eyes open wide in shock!

Jack is at the tack house. He asks Phyllis who she thinks killed Adam. She asks why he's there. Jack shrugs, "Killing time." Phyllis asks about the missus. Jack tells Phyllis that she's pregnant, adding that he's not exactly excited. He explains about the doctors appointment lie. She asks if he thinks she's really pregnant. They agree it wouldn't be hard for a doctor to fake a positive pregnancy test. Jack admits she knew he was having doubts about the marriage, adding that he hardly recognizes her since they married. He tells Phyllis he isn't sure he loves her anymore.

Mac sits on the patio of the coffee house with Reed. A woman comes up and notes the cute little boy, and that Mac has another on the way, saying, "You must be so happy!" As the woman walks off, Mac sighs.

JT tells Victoria that she made her decision, now they all have to live with it.

Jill says to Billy, "Oh my God! You slept with Victoria!"

Katherine says to Tucker, "This is blackmail." He replies, "It's business."
