The Young and the Restless - DAILY UPDATES

Adam comes downstairs at the Ranch and asks Sharon why she was tossing and turning all night. Sharon sighs and says she should ignore Phyllis but she just can't - she has some questions. She quizzes Adam about saying Dr. Taylor was drunk when he wasn't, and also about Taylor threatening him. Adam says he assumed Taylor had been drinking - he can't explain the low blood alcohol content. He tells Sharon the argument was over Taylor wanting to visit Ashley in his belligerent state. Sharon nods, and says that Phyllis just saw things in the worst possible light!

At home, Phyllis and Nick discuss the Adam and Taylor situation. Phyllis feels it's too much of a coincidence that Adam merely ran into the doctor on the street, and then Taylor died trying to get away from him. Nick muses that she sounds like Billy Abbott - he wants to do an expose on Adam! Phyllis asks what Billy's angle will be, and how Nick handled it. Nick says he told him he wanted no part of it in case innocent people get hurt.

Sharon visits Nick at Newman and confronts him about still trying to cause trouble for Adam - she says it's totally insensitive - Taylor was his friend! She also doesn't appreciate the comments from Phyllis. Nick tells Sharon to just stop, but she counters, "No, Nick. You stop it!" Phyllis comes in and remarks that obviously Adam got to Sharon first and sweet talked his way out of it. Nick asks Sharon what excuses Adam gave her. Sharon says this is hopeless and leaves. Phyllis wonders if Nick is going to call up Billy with some juicy quotes about Adam. Nick says he'd love to see him dragged through the mud, but that's not the way he wants to play it.

Lily and Cane sit down in Crimson Lights and he asks her if she wants to find out the sex of the child. Lily wants to go the old-fashioned route, but is very excited about seeing the baby on an ultrasound today!

Billy comes into Mac's bar and learns from her that the man who was in the accident out front yesterday died. She notes that Lily and Cane are on their way to take her to a special appointment today.

Katherine prepares to leave home for the meeting. Jill asks if she wants to ride together. Kay says she's going in early. Jo-Jo appears briefly before heading to the kitchen. Jill, Kay, and Murphy discuss the possibility of her actually being Kay's daughter. Jill says she'll wait for the DNA results.

At the Club, Neil and Ashley have just had breakfast. He says he's sorry to hear about her doctor, and offers his ear if she needs to talk. Ashley tells him that the Chancellor stockholder's meeting should be great today, and suggests they go out to celebrate afterward. Neil says he'll call her. She leaves, and Katherine comes in, noting that the set-up for the meeting seems to be perfect. She and Neil go over the particulars of the deal. He asks where Jill is, and Kay says she's waiting for the DNA results on Jo-Jo.

In Crimson Lights, Tucker compliments JT on the great job he's done so far. He asks him if he'll be at the stockholder's meeting, and hints that it will be unforgettable.

JT goes to see Mac at the bar. She tells him about the ultrasound and Billy pipes up that he's very supportive of Mac. She asks JT about Victoria in Dubai. JT angrily says it would have been nice if she could have stayed there to work, but Billy made that impossible! Mac calms the tension, and Billy reveals his plan to do a piece on Adam next - he says JT might just enjoy this one! Billy leaves, and Lily and Cane arrive. They all smile and greet each other.

Tucker comes into the Chancellor Estate where Esther and Jill are discussing what to do about Jo-Jo wanting to take the Rolls-Royce out for a spin. Murphy says he'll keep an eye on her, and Tucker and Jill are left alone in the room. He says he has a surprise for her - one she won't soon forget! It's a gorgeous bracelet! Jill is very moved. He says it's to show how grateful he is for her hard work, and to let her know how much she means to him. He heads out to the meeting, and Jill gets a call that the DNA results are on the way over. She tells Esther and Murphy. When it comes, Jill snatches it from Esther and tears it open! Jo-Jo returns and Jill informs her that she's not Katherine's daughter. Jo-Jo isn't surprised, and notes that her work there is done. Jill asks what that means. Jo-Jo laughs and says they'll find out!

Billy meets with Heather at Crimson Lights. He tells her he's doing a piece on Adam in Restless Style, and lets her know that he's in on what Adam did to her. Billy says she must have something she'd like to say about that! Heather doesn't have much to say, but listens to Billy and takes his card. She walks out and Billy's phone rings. He answers and agrees to meet someone.

Billy arrives at the tack house to meet Phyllis. He assumes that she's going to try to talk him out of doing a piece on Adam and rants that he's not backing off. Phyllis lets him know that she doesn't want him to stop at all! Phyllis fills him in on Adam and Dr. Taylor fighting before he died. Billy asks why she's doing this? Phyllis replies that he makes Nick's life hell - and she wants to get rid of him. She reminds him - he didn't hear this from her. Billy grins.

Ashley arrives home and is holding Faith when Adam seeks her out. He lets her know he was with Taylor when the accident happened yesterday. She remarks that drinking in the middle of the day doesn't sound like the doctor. Adam comments that Charles Taylor was headed for a bad place. Ashley learns that Nick and Phyllis accused him of being responsible and is appalled at the way they're treating Adam. She tells him he's wonderful and deserves a second chance. Adam hangs his head and muses that this is all payback for the things he's done. He leaves and Sharon gets home. They discuss the situation with Dr. Taylor. Ashley wonders why they're just finding out now that the same doctor delivered their babies. They go over their stories and realize that they were in the same place at the same time - in the sanitarium!

Adam is at work when Nick warns him that time is running out - he's not going to be able to cover up his lies for too much longer. Adam ignores him and keeps talking about work. Nick then tells him that Billy Abbott is doing an expose on him. Adam looks up and pauses, but then says he has nothing to hide. Nick says Billy may not have scruples, but he verifies his facts! He warns him that Abbott's hit the motherlode - and he's relentless when he goes after someone - Adam won't be able to stop him! Adam says that if Nick hurts him he hurts Sharon. They get into a full out fistfight! As the office furniture and punches fly, Victor appears!

JT arrives at the Club for the stockholder's meeting. Katherine and Neil greet him and note what a great job he's done for Tucker. Tucker walks in as Neil and Katherine are puzzling over the fact that no other shareholders have arrived. Tucker says no one else is coming - he's the only shareholder in the new company - he owns 100% of the stock and he's not selling them back! Katherine gapes. She says that this means Tucker owns the majority of shares in Chancellor - he controls her company! Neil, JT, and Katherine demand to know why Tucker has done this?! Tucker announces that he's her son!

Mac, Lily, and Cane are at their appointment. Mac notices that Lily is quiet and asks if she's alright. Lily tells her that she and Cane were pregnant before, but it was at the ultrasound that they found out it wasn't viable. The doctor comes in and the ultrasound gets underway. He points out a beating heart on the screen - and then another one. Cane and Lily rejoice - they're having twins!

Jill confronts Tucker, asking him if this was all a game!

Ashley tells Sharon that Adam delivered Faith. Sharon asks in disbelief, "Adam?!"
