The Young and the Restless - DAILY UPDATES

In Colleen's room, the Abbotts stare at Nikki after she asks them to consider giving Colleen's heart to Victor. Billy says that he's the reason they're there right now! Jack sides with Billy - there is no way that Victor is getting Colleen's heart! Nikki pleads that she isn't there for him, or for herself, but for the kids - she doesn't want them to lose their father! She reminds them of Abby and Ashley's baby needing him as well. Billy repeatedly says no, but Traci tells him that's enough. She asks Nikki for time to think. When Nikki leaves the room, Billy hisses that they can't take something as pure as Colleen's heart and put it in that monster! Traci cries that he took the bullets meant for Jack. Billy appeals to Jack to straighten Traci out.

Nick and Victoria are in with Victor, who is urging them to say everything they need to say to him - in case he doesn't make it! Victor says he knows he's hurt both of them. Victoria reminds him of the beautiful letters he wrote to them before. Nick mentions how amazing Victor was when Summer was in the coma - he wonders if it was because of guilt. Victor says he prays everyday for Summer's full recovery.

At the Club, Jill tells Chance it's been a very long time since a handsome young man held a birthday dinner for her. Chance smiles and says he has another surprise for her. Nina mumbles that Jill loves surprises. Katherine appears with a bow-tied box and says, "Surprise!" Everyone behaves pleasantly as the dinner continues. Nina wonders what Kay got Jill, so she opens it - it's a card asking her to return to Chancellor Industries. Katherine says she would love to have her as long as she can get along with Neil and break her current obligations! Jill is thrilled. Kay gets a call from Nikki asking her to come to the hospital and leaves. Jill is sour that she has chosen Nikki over her again. Nina asks why she does this? Katherine cares for her! Phillip agrees, saying if she wants to be like a daughter to Kay, she should start acting like one!

At the facility, Sharon cries out for Dr. Taylor not to leave her. He says he'll be right back and heads out the door. When he returns, she pleads with him to promise her that nothing will happen to her baby! As Dr. Taylor prepares to birth the baby, Sharon hallucinates that he's Nick! Dr. Taylor tells her she's almost there - she shouts out for Nick. She seems exhausted, but pushes again. As she hears Nick's voice coaching her, the baby is born and cries. Sharon smiles, exhausted.

Ashley is in her room with Adam. She tells him that with the lockdown being called, he'll have to deliver her baby! Adam digs in Taylor's bag and gets some pills out - he urges her to take them even though she protests. Ashley takes them. Soon Ashley falls asleep. Adam says it will all be over soon. When Ashley awakens, Adam tells her that her baby is fine - the nurse took her to examine her. Ashley panics. She doesn't remember delivering, and something feels wrong - she demands he bring her the baby right now!

Mackenzie arrives in Colleen's room in time for the debate surrounding Colleen's heart. Jack reiterates that Victor took the bullets for him, plus says they need to consider Ashley! Traci says she won't do anything until she's talked to them both. Billy, Jack, and Mac go out into the hall, where Billy once again says that they can't take Colleen's legacy for Victor Newman! Mac tells Billy that Victor won't be the one who suffers if he dies! Billy argues - he can't bear the idea of him having Colleen's heart. Mac says he's a human being, but Billy says that Victor is a murderer and there are plenty of more deserving people that could get Colleen's heart!

Nikki is back in with Nick and Victoria in Victor's room. They discuss children, and Nick tells them that Sharon's baby is his after all. Nikki embraces him, and Victor says another Newman makes him happy.

Katherine arrives at the hospital and greets Nikki, who apologizes for worrying her. Nikki fills her in on the situations with Colleen and Victor. Katherine wonders why Nikki is fighting for Victor - where's Ashley? Nikki explains that she came back for the kids, and just wishes she didn't feel like she came back to say goodbye to Victor.

Jack is in the chapel chatting with John's ghost. He advises that this heart dilemma isn't just about him - there is Ashley and Abby to think about! He reminds him that when Victor had a chance to let Jack die, he stepped in and risked his own life. Jack says the world would be a better place without him, but John says his family wouldn't agree. John advises Jack to consider this carefully and figure out what's right! Jack feels he has done a terrible job of looking after the Abbott family since John left them - he just doesn't know the answer! Nikki appears, and Jack tells her that it's Traci's call about the heart. Nikki brings up the baby they lost. Jack says that was different. Nikki asks Jack to find it in his heart to get past this war and help a family in need. Jack leaves.

Nick and Victoria discuss Victor in his room as he sleeps. Victoria thinks Victor was trying to apologize for what happened to Summer. Nick says he is still upset about it anyway. Victoria asks him about Sharon's baby. He says he loves her, and is committed to raising her, but he's not leaving Phyllis and Summer. Katherine appears and Victor wakes up. Nick and Vikki leave, and Victor asks Kay to look after things if he dies.

Jill arrives in the hospital waiting room where Kay is, and asks how Victor is doing. Katherine says he needs a transplant. Jill is stunned and says she came to offer support. Katherine says she would like it very much if Jill would stay there with her.

Nikki rejoins Victor in his hospital room. He mentions the night that she left, and how there were things he wanted to say to her. Nikki takes his hand, and he points out that his hands are cold. Nikki looks worried.

Jack joins Steve and Traci at Colleen's bedside and says, "Do it Trac. Give Colleen's heart to Victor."

The lockdown is lifted at the facility and Adam heads out into the hall where Taylor has Sharon's baby. Adam takes the baby from his arms and brings it in to give to Ashley!
