Amber makes a decision, Lily agrees to surgery, and Chance manages to shock Chloe!
Chloe, Katherine, and Chance walk into the coffee house. Kevin comes over and greets him. Chance tells Chloe he came back because he doesn't want to miss out on any more time with the people he loves. Phillip arrives and asks to speak with Chance alone. Chance tells him that he has no questions. Katherine takes Phillip aside and warns him that Ryan is the only father he has ever known - he may never want to talk to him! Katherine goes back to Chloe and Chance and says goodbye. Phillip goes back to the table and says he got an earful from Kay telling him to back off. Chance says there really isn't anything to talk about - he died, and has no bearing on his life. Phillip says he'll steer clear, and leaves. Chloe says to Chance, "You wanted the inside scoop on Genoa City. Who do you want to know about first?" Chance says, "You."
In jail, Daniel tells Jana that the only thing that is going to get him through this is Amber - he's so thankful that she's in his life! He recounts to Jana that the last relationship talk he and Amber had was a bit of a disaster, but he really loves her, and when this is over he's going to propose!
Deacon calls Amber from his room, telling her that the clock is ticking. He says, "Sleep with me and your man goes free!" Room service arrives, and Deacon tells the waiter he's expecting a very special guest tonight!
Inside Jimmy's Bar, Cane holds Lily and tells he's got her! He says he knows about the cancer and she explains the situation. Billy watches and phones Mac, leaving her a message saying he'd like to meet her at the trailer before leaving. Lily tells Cane how much it means to her to have children because of her mom. He says he knows how much she'd love to see her mother in her kids, but she's got to have the surgery and save her own life! Lily is disappointed that he's not supporting her point of view. Cane says her life must be the first priority - Dru wouldn't want her to sacrifice herself! She admits that the way they found the cancer is that she went to the hospital thinking she was pregnant with their child, which makes this so much harder! She pleads with him to go with her to Chicago to find a doctor to harvest her eggs. Cane pleads with her to let him take her back to the hospital!
Mac arrives at the trailer and Billy tells her that he just saw Lily and Cane together at the bar and realized what a jerk he's been. He surprises her with her memorabilia - including the tape of them singing - having been brought to the trailer. They go through her scrapbooks and journal. They start to kiss. They then sit down to look at the Glo By Jabot Kids stuff, and start kissing again. Billy leaps up to turn off his phone and lock the door - he's been waiting six years and doesn't want any interruptions! They begin making love.
Amber goes to the coffee house and engages Kevin in a hypothetical conversation about doing 'something' that would help get Daniel out of jail. Kevin says whatever it is, she shouldn't do it - what if it backfires? Amber leaves and Jana comes in. Kevin fills her in on his strange conversation with Amber. Jana hopes whatever she's planning doesn't blow up in her face.
Still on the patio at the coffee house, Chloe is finishing up the story of how Delia was a surprise to Billy. She says he's a good father, but a horrible husband. She expresses a hope that maybe he'll realize what he's missing and come back. Chance blurts that she's really pretty - why does she want to settle for second best? She speaks about having deep feelings and relationship drama, but Chance admits he's never had any - he's never even had a girlfriend! Chloe is amazed, even more so when he blurts that he's a virgin. She marvels that he's been to war, but never even had a meaningless hook-up! Chloe can't believe that he's this hot and hasn't had sex! She is relieved to find out that he has, however, been kissed many times. Chloe doesn't feel that he's been kissed properly, though, and proceeds to do the honors - which leaves Chance speechless!
Amber arrives at the jail to see Daniel. They express how difficult it is to be apart, Daniel jokes about her putting on her black catsuit and busting him out of there. He turns serious and tells her that when he gets out of there, he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Amber tells him she loves him.
At the hospital, Neil and Olivia speculate on why Lily would have left the hospital. Liv says they need to get in there and find out if the cancer has spread! Neil wonders where she could be. Katherine appears and they tell her what is going on. Cane and Lily come into the hospital. Neil is relieved to see her but wonders if she knows how worried they've been. She apologizes and says she'll have the surgery. Neil embraces her and looks at Cane. Olivia takes Lily to sign the papers, then returns and thanks Cane for convincing her. Neil blurts that it's not his place to be there! Cane says he's going to go. Katherine follows. Liv tells Neil he was hard on Cane - he refuses to let him off the hook for what he's done. Lily is wheeled up and asks where Cane went, Neil says he's gone. Lily goes off to surgery.
Outside Deacon's door, Amber thinks about Daniel saying he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Amber pounds on the door and Deacon lets her in. She says, "Let's get this over with." Deacon replies, "Slow down, Sea Biscuit, it's not a race!" Amber glares as Deacon tells her to put on some lingerie - an outfit he had bought for her years ago - he says they're doing this his way! While Amber goes to change, Deacon makes a phone call asking for Daniel. He then sets the receiver down on the nightstand leaving the line open. Amber comes back and they begin to have sex.
Daniel is called to the phone in jail. He listens as Amber says, "Daniel can never know about this Deacon!" Deacon replies, "He'll never hear about it from me. Oh, that feels so good."
Back at Jimmy's Bar, Phillip and Cane run into one another and discuss whether or not he will leave town. Katherine suddenly comes in and walks over to Cane. She tells him he's a good man, and if he's thinking about leaving town, she would like to change his mind!
In the hospital waiting area, Neil looks up as Olivia comes in. He gasps at the expression on her face, saying, "The cancer, it spread, didn't it?" Liv cries and says, "We had to remove everything." They embrace.

Chance calls Phillip and asks if they can get together!
Lily, in her hospital bed, cries, "It's not true." Neil says it's good news - a tiny miracle.
