    ******X-Mas 1989 Episode Special @12:30p.m.-1:30p.m on CBS!******

I'm watching X-MAS 1989, where Nina Webster gives up her 1st. unborn son 2 a married adoptive couple who are unable 2 have a child of their own and she weds David Kimble.
    The Newmans celebrate X-MAS.
Nick looked so darn cute as a baby back then.
Clint and Shirley, as the kitchen staff help of Kay's plan 2 help Marge C. trade places with the real Catherine Chancellor and kidnap Esther in order 2 rob her of her money.
Bradski and Leanna Love, share X-MAS 2gether after Victor had left her 4 Nikki!
The Abbott's share some of Mammie's famous holiday cookies 2gether, before going off 2 their separate plans.
While still there Jill, Liz Foster, and Dina Abbott are visited by Marge C. whom everyone thinks that it's Kay. (Too bad that Jill, doesn't know that Kay is her real mother as of yet!) (lol)
Mammie offers Kay something hot 2 drink, but she turns it down.
She admires the Abbott home more, saying that it's a lovely home.
Everyone doesn't know what 2 say or make of it, since Kay's really acting so strangely here.

Talk about a blast from the past here folks down memory lane of Y & R!

Wow the original Jill and original Jack. This goes way back. Everyone looks so young. Wonder what year this scene was made? Early to Mid 80's maybe?

Today's Christmas show from the past was interesting. I remember that Carol girl because she was Jack's secretary I think and if I recall I think she had polio or something. But I do not remember the guy she was married to but I kind of remember the storyline of the adoption. Isn't this back when Ester was pregnant and she and Katherine were kidnapped?

oh yeah and what did you guys think of the "big hair" and Fuzzy Perm hairstyles and clothes? Wasn't Brad's look a hoot? Kind of Halls and Oates-like. still a hottie though. Christine and Nina looked like babies.

Totally enjoyed this flashback episode. Nice revisit of Marge C. and the regal Catherine Chancellor. Miss Leanna Love, she should start another book about TGVN. Still "Ruthless". Happy Holidays all.

Wasn't that Ted Shackelford playing the lawyer "Michael" who was setting up the adoption?
