Victoria is shocked by a confession. Neil stuns Karen with his suggestion.
At the Club bar, Chloe is joined by Jill, who wants to talk to her about Lily! Meanwhile, at Crimson Lights, Lily meets Cane and tells him that Neil was very disappointed in her when she told him she was pregnant - she could tell by the look on his face! Meanwhile, Neil arrives in the Newman break room and is totally stressed as he breaks the news to Karen that his daughter is pregnant! Back at Crimson Lights, Lily remembers her parents taking her out to celebrate getting straight A's and telling her the world is hers. She laments that with a baby that would change. She then tells Cane that Neil offered to raise the baby if she keeps it. Cane informs her that he is ready to take day-to-day responsibility for this child. Cane says he respects Neil, but if she decides to keep the baby, no one else will be raising it but him! Back at the Club, Jill asks Chloe if she's noticed anything off lately about Lily, such as a lack of energy. She tells Chloe she is very concerned about Lily. Chloe tells Jill she believes Lily is bulimic! Still at the coffee house, Lily thanks Cane for being responsible. He again presses her to think about keeping the baby, but she is sure that it would be the end of her dreams. Lily says she doesn't want to disappoint him, and they embrace. Back at Newman, Neil flies off the handle at Karen as she refers to the pregnancy as a 'mistake'! At the Club bar, Jill pushes Chloe to get Lily to see a doctor as soon as possible! Back at Crimson Lights, Cane tells Lily he had a dream about his son and it made him so happy. Lily just isn't as sure as him. Karen and Neil reconvene in the break room, both apologizing for their actions. Karen asks how Lily feels, and Neil replies that she couldn't get a sentence out! Neil tells Karen that he's been thinking. "You and I. We could do it. We could raise Lily's baby." Karen is stunned. Neil apologizes for blurting that out. Karen remarks that they just moved in together. She reminds him that he has to consider Cane and Lily's feelings before he just steps in. Neil says he knows what he is asking is monumental, but feels it would bring them closer together. Karen is visibly distressed! Back at Crimson Lights, as Lily and Cane continue to chat, she asks if he is positive that he wants this baby. He says, "absolutely". Just then, Chloe storms in and informs Lily that her boss is onto her - she's making her an appointment with her doctor as soon as possible!
In Victor's office, Adam talks to his father about the Beauty of Nature campaign. Victor seems very impressed, but when Adam says he is signing on celebrities, Victor warns him about dealing with them. Adam takes it under advisement and leaves the office. When he returns, he wants to change the name Beauty of Nature. Victor informs him they will not revisit that! Adam tells Victor he is going to New York. Victor advises him to make time for friends while he's there. Adam leaves the office and makes a call to the "only person who did better than him at Harvard", and asks to get together.
At Restless Style, Nick approaches Phyllis from behind and covers her eyes. She jokes, "Mad dog, I told you not to come around here anymore, my husband will be back soon!" Nick laughs and Phyllis makes a remark about Felicia Forrester. Nick says she's not his type. Phyllis remarks that she knows that, but Felicia doesn't! Phyllis pretends to lose a contact lens under the desk and the pair sneak down underneath for a kiss. Just then, Sabrina comes in looking for them. She tells Nick that his father hired her to curate an art collection. She wonders if he would rent her the bottom floor of the building. Nick isn't crazy about the idea. Later, he tells Phyllis that Victor must know that Sabrina wants the space, so if he says no, he'll look like a jerk. Nick muses that it's the best offer they have and decides to take it! Afterward, Phyllis and Nick discuss having to go to New York to woo a model they want for Restless Style. Nick can't get away, so Phyllis says she'll go on her own!
Sabrina arrives at Victor's office. Victor tells her Adam was just leaving, but Adam tries to engage Sabrina in a debate about the name "Beauty of Nature". Victor tells him to quit while he's behind, and Adam leaves. Sabrina and Victor get close, and just then, Phyllis calls and confirms to Sabrina that they will rent her the space. Sabrina asks Victor why they are renting the space from Nick when he owns the building. She worries about Nick not knowing the truth. Victor says he senses what she is really stressing over is telling Victoria about them. Victoria meanwhile, arrives outside the door of her father's office. Inside, Victor and Sabrina are sharing a kiss. As Victoria enters she just misses catching them. She asks if Sabrina told him about the space. Victor then admits to his daughter that he owns the mortgage. Victoria is not happy - she explains that it puts her in a difficult position with Nick! He tells her he did it as a safety net for Nick and she would do the same for her son. Adam, meanwhile, has headed over to Restless Style to talk to Nick about his Beauty of Nature advertisement. Adam mentions that he is going to New York tomorrow. Nick wants a reporter to cover Adam while he's in the city. Phyllis overhears and says if he can't find a reporter, she'll just do it! Awkwardness ensues.
Sabrina and Victoria have gone back to visit Reed and have lunch at Vikki's house. As they sit on the sofa, Sabrina confides that she came back to Genoa City to curate a collection, but she's also involved with someone. Victoria is happy for her. "Let's go out! Do I know him?!" Sabrina takes a deep breath. "It's your father." Sabrina claims it wasn't planned, it just happened, but Victoria sputters that these things don't just happen! "You made a choice!" Sabrina tries to tell her how wonderful her father is, but Victoria won't listen to anything. She notes how Sabrina has been lying and sneaking around, and how Victor is old enough to be her father as well! She then calls Sabrina an opportunistic tramp and throws her out of her house! Meanwhile, Victor is over at Restless Style speaking to Phyllis and Nick about finalizing the rental of the lower floor. They treat him politely and he leaves. Phyllis notes that maybe this will make them closer. Just then, Victoria calls Nick and is really upset. Nick tells her he'll be right over! When Nick arrives at Victoria's house, she tells him about Sabrina having an affair with their father. They realize he's given her the curator job to keep her in town. Nick tries to tell his sister that the affair has nothing to do with her, but Victoria asks him if he'd like it if Nikki dated one of his friends. That puts it in perspective! Still, Nick suggests she make her peace with it, reminding her that their father doesn't care what they think - he won't be kicking Sabrina to the curb anytime soon! Victoria then tells him about Victor owning the mortgage on his building. Nick is stunned and Victoria sighs, "Make your peace with that!"
