The Young and the Restless - DAILY UPDATES

In prison, Jack is visiting with his father. He and John discuss how Jack has bounced back with work and is doing really well. Jack informs John about their new spa at the Athletic Club, and John shares his feelings of how proud he is of his son.

The two men drink sodas, while they discuss how Jack has made some past mistakes, and that things weren't handled well. John tells Jack that everyone makes mistakes. Jack agrees and tells John that he's through beating himself up about it. He goes on to tell John that MVP is only the beginning of getting their company back. Jack wants to build Jabot into a 'Powerhouse', so that John is proud of him.

At Crimson Lights, Jana brings Gloria a coffee, on the house. Gloria and she discuss the previous night, and Gloria expresses her thanks for all Jana's help. Because she thinks it was for a good cause, Jana tells her that she was happy to do it. Gloria tells Jana that it's a blessing that she has come into her son's life. The pair discusses the 'nude photographs' that Alex was supposedly blackmailing her with.

Daniel and Kevin are outside Drew and Neil's place. They're discussing Alex leaving, and how Lily has talked to the police. Alex is anxious, asking Daniel to get rid of them, because he has already taken care of Alex.

Lily is comforted by Neil, when she explains to the police officer that there is more to tell, about how Alex drugged and attacked her. She gives Daniel a look...¦ She tells them that he should check Crimson Lights, and the police officer tells her that he'll send out an APB on Alex.

Drew walks in, wondering what's going on, as the officer leaves. Drew is up in arms, but comforts Lily, telling her that they'll find the boy and lock him up. Drew starts yelling at Daniel, because she doesn't like that he still hangs around Kevin.

Drew and Neil feel safer if Lily and Daniel stayed home with them for a while, but Daniel comes clean, telling them the truth about his part in the attack at the Rec -Center. He explains that he is the one responsible. Neil and Drew are angry, wondering what's wrong with him. They feel that he has scammed the family. Neil promises to call the police in order to send Daniel to jail. Daniel explains to the couple that he doesn't know where Alex is, but he promises that he won't let Alex hurt Lily anymore. Neil tells Daniel that Lily could have died because of his part in the attack. Both Neil and Drew are furious, and yell at Daniel to get out and stay away from their daughter. Later, Neil and Drew are in disbelief, wondering how Daniel had them fooled. Lilly wonders how he can live with himself after what he did. She tells her parents that she just wants things to be the way they used to be. They ask Lily how she can ever trust Daniel again and that they must call an attorney because once the trust in a marriage is gone, it's over.

Later, at Crimson Lights, Kevin explains to Gloria that Alex watched the fake tape of him 'attacking Jana' and believed their story. He's gone, without Gloria's $25,000. He tells her that he spoke with Daniel, who is with Lily and the police, at Neil and Drew's. They agree that Daniel should not have told Lily anything, but should have kept his mouth shut. Kevin thanks his mother for all her help, with the Alex situation, and they talk about how Daniel could take a serious fall with all that has happened.

Nick and Victoria are both angry with Brad for not admitting to them that he's buying time by having Victoria post on the message boards on the website to try to find the owners of the paintings. He explains to them both that he wants the kidnappers to think that he is looking for the painting, when in reality, he is trying to find a way to locate Sharon. Brad and Nick argue about this as Nikki walks in, yelling at them to stop fighting. She is upset, telling them that Victor has not left a message on the machine. She's is angered that Victor is not there when the family is in a crisis. Nick asks Phyllis to leave, explaining his concern for her and the baby, and he conveys to Victoria, how he feels that brad is handling things all wrong. He doesn't believe in him and thinks that Brad is only out for himself. Brad overhears their conversation, and tells Nick that she believes that Brad would go to greater lengths to save Sharon than to save herself.

Nick walks Phyllis out, with him saying ...It's his head if he doesn't....

Once outside, Nick asks Phyllis to let him look for Sharon alone. He explains how he doesn't want her life to be at risk, and asks him to trust her. She agrees, but asks him to be careful, then leaves.

Inside Sharon's place, Brad tells Victoria that he overheard the conversation that she and Nick had. He disputes her thoughts, telling her that he loves her and doesn't want anything to happen to Sharon or to JT. He tells Victoria that they can't trust Nick, because he's a 'loose cannon', and looks for his cell phone.

Nick is stays outside after Phyllis leaves, to make a phone call - on Brad's cell phone! After finishing his call, he takes another call - from the kidnappers! Nick confesses that it is his wife that the kidnappers have, not Brads!

Hope walks into her kitchen to find Victor, on the kitchen floor, having an Epileptic Fit. She goes to him, asking if he's okay, but Victor has no idea of what just happened, and refuses Hope's offer to call an ambulance. He's very confused, doesn't know how he got there, and assumes that he was simply clumsy and fell. Hope is skeptical, asking him if he's sick, wondering what's going on.

Hope makes victor a cup of tea, and insists he tell her the truth about himself. He admits that he is ill, but that it is not life threatening. He wanted to come to say his goodbyes to her, as he's scared. He feels that there is so much more that he needs to find out about himself...¦. He wants to know the meaning of it all, but doesn't know what is happening to him. Victor starts to fade out as Hope asks him about the disease, and his medication. He hears beautiful music, a single guitar. Hope doesn't hear the music, thinking it was only meant for Victor's ears, pondering if it was a quest, meant for him to look for spirituality.

Victor leaves Hope's home, telling her he has no idea how long he will be gone. She lets him know how glad she is that he stopped by, and she tells him that she prays he finds what he is searching for.

Nikki's in her office, calling around, in search of Victor. She finds that he was not a guest at any of the hotels on her list, and grows more concerned by the phone call. Nick calls her, asking her to stay with Noah, at Casey's, but she refuses, not wanting to abandon him, stating that she will find his father! At that moment, Jack walks in, and they discuss Victor. Jack tells her that he thinks that the vacation will do victor a world of good. Nikki disagrees. She doesn't think he should be alone and wants him to get home- NOW! Jack doesn't think that Nikki needs to be concerned about Victor. He tells her that she needs a diversion and thinks the least he can do is to offer her support while Victor is gone.

Jack sees Daniel in the coffee room at work, and notices Daniel is upset. He explains how Lily has left him. Jack tries to comfort him, telling him that everyone makes mistakes and he should forgive himself. He tells him he needs to take care of business, and not to mope. He gives Daniel a job, doing research on the internet to find out information about their spa competition, asking him to stay busy and let Lily know he is down, but not out!

Later, Gloria visits John in prison, playfully telling him she wonders if the guard would allow them a conjugal visit. They both comment on each other's happy moods, holding both Jack and Daniel responsible for their well being. John regales Gloria with talk of the prison wars, and then they discuss how Jack told John that he regretted the sale of Jabot. Gloria thinks it's a nice dream for Jack to get back Jabot, but John is confident that Jack can do it!

Daniel leaves, and runs into Phyllis, telling her what happened. He thinks that Alex has left town already. He shares with her how Jack has tried to help by keeping him busy with the research for the spa.

Phyllis finds Jack in his office, and thanks him for helping Daniel out. She hugs him in her appreciation, telling him he is a good man. They reminisce a little, remembering good times, and adding taking MVP to the top. He leaves to search for Nikki, wanting there to attend their meeting.

At the café, Kevin and Daniel talk. Daniel tells Kevin how he spilled all to Lily's parents, thinking it was the right thing to do. Kevin disagrees, thinking that it was a mistake!

On the next Y&R: Brad promises Victoria that he will 'find a way out of this'.
