Leslie wants to find Rose, Dylan proposes, and Billy tries to convince Victoria.
Michael and Lauren realize Carmine is at Boulevard and sent the champagne. Lauren apologizes; she even called to make sure it was his night off. She moves to leave, but Michael tells her to sit down. He won't let Carmine chase them off. He needs to see them as a happily married couple. They carry on as if they're on their first date and hold hands. Lauren feels like she's being watched and wants to leave. Michael refuses to give Carmine the desired result.
At home, Billy shows Victoria that he's been betting on horses on his phone - he's not sleeping with Chloe or anyone else. Victoria says it's not proof. He shows her in more detail. She thinks he's trying to cover his tracks with Chloe. Billy insists he couldn't cheat on her.
Avery, Leslie, and Neil look at photos that were in with Gus' will on the patio. There's one of Rose. On the back it says, "I haven't forgotten, and never will. Rose." Avery offers to help locate her, and leaves. Neil and Leslie discuss finding Rose. Leslie has to; she needs to know who this person was to Gus and why he left her half of what he had. She says the other reason is Neil - the last blog contained the words Rose wrote on the back of the photo. Neil doesn't know how there could be a connection. Leslie points out those blogs started popping up right after Gus' funeral. Someone takes a photo of Neil. Leslie suggests they post on the blog and drop a reference to Rose.
At the Club, Melanie asks Adam if there's anything else he needs. He talks about drinking wine 'off-the-clock'. Chelsea enters. Melanie recognizes her as Jabot's designer and gushes about her clothes. After, Adam tells Melanie that was his ex-wife and the baby's not his. Melanie tells Adam how she broke up with her boyfriend to take her job in Genoa City. Melanie leaves when Avery appears. Avery thinks Melanie would be good for Adam. They commiserate over their lost babies and the idea of having families. Adam mocks himself.
At Dylan's place, he has something ready behind a sheet and rubs his hands in anticipation. Chelsea arrives and he tells her he'll let her see what he's been working on after dinner. He has her favorite craving foods. Chelsea cries. She's happier than she's ever been and wishes the feeling could last forever. He asks, "Why can't it?" Chelsea says her hopes and dreams have been dashed before. Dylan makes a heartfelt speech about wanting her and the baby in his life. He then shows her what he was working on. 'Will you marry me?' is painted on the wall. He wants to build a life with her there. He talks about waking up next to her every day and proposes. Chelsea says she's not good enough for him. He says he loves her and neither of them is perfect. She says she needs time. Dylan makes an excuse and exits. He returns to apologize and she's painted 'yes' on the wall. They kiss.
Billy and Victoria arrive at Boulevard. Billy tells Carmine to tell Victoria what's been going on. She asks if there have been after-hours poker games. Carmine says no way. Billy urges Carmine to tell the truth. Carmine insists Billy locks up and heads home happily each night. Vikki storms off. Billy sneers that he's employee of the month and follows her. At their table, Lauren and Michael agree they're making progress. Carmine appears with a peace offering. Lauren gets angry, but Michael calmly thanks him. On the way out, Michael warns Carmine to stay away from his wife and son - there's nothing he won't do to protect them.
Billy takes Victoria into the Club and asks Adam to tell his sister how he's been gambling. Avery listens as Adam says the trouble he's in must be pretty bad for him to lie about gambling. Victoria exits and Billy growls. Avery and Adam talk about Victoria and Billy. She calls him out on enjoying their misfortune. Adam challenges her - isn't there a little part of her that hopes Dylan won't find true happiness with Chelsea? Avery wants what's best for Dylan - can't Adam wish Chelsea well?
At home, Billy tries to explain why Carmine and Adam didn't tell her about his gambling. He asks if their trust is so broken she'd rather believe Adam than him. She doesn't know what to believe and tells him he can't stay there tonight.
