Jack makes a decision, Victor threatens to ruin Jack, and Jamie gets hurt.
At home, Billy and Victoria discuss Adam still being at Newman and hiring Sharon. Billy says Sharon's not the issue - they need to unload Adam. Vikki wonders if Sharon could help with that, but Billy says it could backfire. They get word that Victor's called a press conference at Newman.
At Newman, Victor tells the press he still cares about Newman Enterprises and that disturbing information has come to light about Jack Abbott's leave of absence. He says Jack's heart attack was a ruse. Nikki interrupts and drags Victor into an office. She threatens to break her commitment to him. They bicker. He tells her she knows nothing about business and he doesn't give a damn about Jack's feelings. She asks what about hers. He barks, "What about them?" They keep arguing. Victor won't back down. Billy arrives. He and Victor get into it. Billy threatens to sell off Newman's assets. Victor tells Billy his marriage wouldn't survive it. Victoria enters and says she'd be proud of Billy! Victor mocks them for wanting to help Jack and says he could ruin him. He steps out and calls off the press conference. Nikki and Victoria leave. Billy asks what he's up to. Victor orders him to tell Jack what happened there and to return his company immediately or he'll go to the media.
Phyllis lets Adam into the Abbott house and tells him Jack insisted on returning. Jack says he's going to turn himself in. Phyllis and Adam try to dissuade him. Jack says Victor will get the story out regardless - he's done lying and covering-up. Adam reminds him about loyalty - he didn't know this woman. Jack says he's trying to save himself; keeping this secret will kill him. Phyllis warns that an investigation will be stressful to his recovery and Victor will ruin him. Adam wonders about the Abbott name being dragged through the mud. Jack insists it's what John would want him to do.
Paul chats to Fen at Crimson Lights. He tells Paul that Jamie had been staying on a rooftop and he's now with them. He says he's found a way to deal with it - he'll be gone soon anyway. Before Fen leaves, Paul asks if Summer's been spending time with Britni. Fen gives him an odd look and says she's been sick.
Murphy and Katherine chat over dinner at the Club. Tucker approaches. Murphy tells him to go away and then starts choking. Tucker uses the Heimlich Maneuver and saves him. Murphy thinks he's still a dirtwheel but Kay hugs him. Later, Katherine returns for her phone and thanks Tucker again. He's offended - anyone would have done it - but forgives her. "That was easy. You should try it." She smiles.
At home, Lauren realizes $200 is missing from her purse, and tells Michael her glass box is gone too. She wonders if Jamie's stealing or if the piece missing off the mantle got broken. Jamie arrives and they question him. Jamie denies taking the money and leaves upset at being suspected. Fen watches him take the elevator and looks satisfied. In the apartment, Michael wonders if Fen set Jamie up. Lauren disagrees.
At Crimson Lights, Paul gets a call from Michael, who shares his suspicion about Fen. Paul says he may be right - Fen told him he'd found a way to deal with the situation with Jamie.
Camped out on the roof, Jamie sees the glass box in his bag. Fen appears and says he's calling the cops on him. Jamie is upset. They have a shoving match. Later, Paul arrives and calls out. He sees Jamie's bag...and Jamie laying face-down on the ground below.
Lauren returns home from searching for Jamie. She and Michael worry about whether he'll return. Michael gets a call and leaves.
Michael arrives at Jack's house. Adam and Phyllis grimace as Jack confesses.
Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young and the Restless:
Victor tells Billy his brother has gotten himself into a difficult situation - this is his chance to mitigate it.
Tucker tells Katherine that his way of proving he wants to make amends just walked through the door. She turns to see Victor.
At the hospital, Lauren tells Michael, "Jamie had a terrible fall and our son had nothing to do with it."
