Adam helps Sharon, Billy feels torn, and Vikki visits Chelsea.
At Newman, Billy takes a call from Vikki and is tense about her checking up on him. He agrees to meet her later.
At the Club, Nikki overhears Vikki's phone conversation with Billy and says she's asking her husband to betray his brother. Nikki says it could damage her marriage, but she's not concerned about Jack. They discuss Nick, and Vikki says the fight is now up to her. Nikki warns her not to let it interfere with her personal life.
Victor spouts statistics to Jack at Newman. Jack says he'd make a great assistant. He tells Victor he's having his portrait sent to his house - wait, he doesn't have a house. Victor informs Jack he won't be fighting for the business, but says the company won't make Jack happy. Jack comments that Victor's lost everything. Victor counters that he has far more than Jack ever will and points out that it's a matter of time before he's completely alone. Later, Billy joins Jack, who wants his help convincing certain companies to do business with them.
Paul, Heather, and Christine arrive at Crimson Lights to meet Eden, who says she's remembering more about the night Ricky died. She describes another dream. Heather and Christine say they could be accused of planting memories at this point - anything she remembers may not help. Michael appears and reminds Heather she's the assistant D.A. - what she's doing is a bad idea. Heather won't stop talking to her father. They rejoin the others and Michael says the judge granted a continuance. Chris takes a call from Danny. Later, Michael tells Paul that he and Heather shouldn't be seen talking to him. Michael admits he's thinking about quitting. Paul encourages him not to. Christine complains that he's pursuing Paul's case. Michael suggests she spend time helping Paul find evidence instead of suing Phyllis. Later, Christine tells Paul she's going to California to look for the video and clear his name. She squeezes his hand.
Sharon hides in her house as Noah lets himself in. Just then, Adam shows up. Noah asks what he's doing there. Adam tells him he came to thank Sharon for sending Chelsea flowers. Noah says he was sorry to hear about the baby. Adam notes his sister caused it, and asks why Noah came back to Genoa City. Noah asks why he hates his own family. Adam and Noah spar about Nick. Adam says Nick is jealous because he's more like Victor than he is, and warns Noah not to get pulled into the Newman vortex. "Get out while you can." Once they're gone, Sharon comes out. Adam returns and they discuss Noah. Adam says the Newmans will destroy him - like they did her. Sharon asks why he came. Adam says he's taking to the cottage on his property to keep her safe.
Billy joins Vikki and her parents at the Club. Vikki says she told them he's working for Jack to spy on him. Victor grunts that he can't be trusted. Billy and Vikki go to a table and Billy gives her a report - Jack wants him to persuade companies to do business. Vikki says she'll get there first. They bicker about him betraying his brother and their son's legacy. Billy tells her Chelsea and Adam lost their baby. Vikki worries she'll want Johnny back. Billy says no one can take him away. Over at Victor's table, Nikki goes on about house designs. Victor's distracted - the fate of Newman is in Billy's hands. Nikki knows he wants Nick to fight for the company. Victor mentions a deal he has to close and Nikki accuses him of still being in business mode. He says it's nothing to do with that and pulls out an engagement ring.
Chelsea arrives home to find that Adam's not there. Victoria arrives and says she was sorry to hear about the baby - she knows how it feels. Victoria tries to find out if the doctor told she could have another baby. Chelsea realizes she's concerned about Johnny. She reassures her that she wouldn't put her through that.
Adam moves Sharon into the cottage. Sharon asks, "I set the fire, didn't I?" He says it doesn't matter, but she wants to know. Adam says she was drinking... She panics. She hugs him as he promises to make sure nobody suspects her. Sharon dozes off and Adam takes a call from Chelsea, who is upset he didn't meet her at the Club. He says another crisis came up - he'll see her tonight.
Vikki returns to the Club and admires Nikki's ring before telling her parents she's going out of town - she may have found a way to force Jack out. Victor's pleased. She tells him Billy made it possible.
At Newman, Jack questions Billy about the paperwork he gave him earlier. Jack notices Billy's on edge. He says Vikki's taking a trip to Italy - he's nervous when she flies. After, in the hall, Billy grimaces. In the office, Jack suffers a terrible pain in his back.
Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young and the Restless:
Phyllis tells Nick that Jack offered her a job. "I could work on the inside so you can get Newman back."
John says to Jack, "It's payback time, Jack. You crossed the line and your body knows it."
Summer tells Avery she wants to sue her parents for emancipation.
