Neil accepts an offer, Victor is released, and Phyllis finds Nick at Avery's.
Victor's back in the hospital, but tells the doctor he needs to be released today - he and Nikki have things to do.
At home, Victoria and Billy discuss Newman. Victoria thinks she can get the company back with someone on the inside. Vikki coos, "Are you going to be my super spy?" Billy agrees, but says it will take time to get what she needs.
Neil meets Jack at Newman Enterprises. He tells him he has no intention of leaving Chancellor Industries and won't be a 'right hand' again. Jack says he wants Neil as CEO of Jabot. Neil wonders if this is one more way of sticking it to the 'stache. Jack makes his pitch and tells Neil to think about it. Billy arrives as Neil's leaving. Jack asks Billy if he took the job to report back to Victoria. Billy says he's there to build a legacy for his kids.
At the tackhouse, Noah leaves someone a message that he's been thinking about them. Summer enters and asks why he left New York. Nick arrives and announces he filed for divorce. Summer's glad. Nick tells her to ease up on Phyllis. She goes. Noah talks to Nick about looking for a low key job. Nick asks about New York. Noah admits a girl tore his heart out. Noah leaves. Nick receives a package - a chess board from Avery.
Phyllis hangs up from Leslie at Crimson Lights as Ronan appears. Ronan knows she's avoided his calls because of Summer, but thinks they have a good thing. Phyllis says she can't have him and Summer in her life at the same time. He pulls her close, saying if she needs him, he'll be there. They hug. Summer sees. Later, Ronan approaches Summer. He tells her Phyllis told him to back off. Summer gestures to the teen he'd been sitting with and asks if her mom knows he has a kid. Ronan says he's been mentoring the boy. Summer lifts the teen's wallet. After copying his information, she later returns it to Ronan.
At the Club bar, Victor and Nikki announce to Vikki, Abby, and Noah that they will rebuild the ranch and the first event held in it will be their wedding reception. Later, Vikki whispers to Nikki and Victor that Billy is on their side. Victor says he's an Abbott. Vikki insists he's loyal to her. Nearby, Neil meets with Katherine regarding Jack's offer. She realizes she'll have to match Jack's price or it's goodbye. Katherine tells him she can't match it. Neil sees a twinkle in her eye and realizes she likes the idea of running Chancellor again.
Nick stops by Avery's place and finds her locked out. He jimmies the lock and says he came for a chess re-match. She asks why he really came. Nick talks about Victor wanting them to fight for Newman - he's not in the mood to take it on. Avery talks about her own family and how so much of what she's done has been because of them. She is ready to start doing what she wants.
Abby appears at Newman and offers Jack $500 million - all of her money - to give the company back to the Newmans. Jack declines. Abby says Ashley was right - it's never enough for him. She snaps at Billy as she goes. Phyllis arrives. Jack asks if she's accepting his offer - they worked great together. Phyllis deadpans, "Except for all the times we wanted to kill each other." She tells Jack she wants Nick back. Jack advises her not to waste this opportunity on a long shot. After, Jack and Billy discuss Phyllis and Neil. Neil calls and accepts his offer. Billy says, "Fantastic. You just gave Neil Winters my job." Jack says he needs him at Newman.
Abby tells Carmine at Crimson Lights about Jack declining her offer. Carmine tries to lighten her mood and then says Victor does seem to love her. Abby tells Carmine she will get Victor's company back and give him a reason to respect her.
Phyllis arrives at Avery's place and sees her and Nick playing chess. Avery assures her there's nothing going on. Phyllis thinks she's lying to herself and to her. Phyllis goes, and Nick leaves after. Avery's locked out again.
Still at the Club, Neil suggests Katherine ask Jill to come back to Chancellor. Kay chuckles that Jill is CEO of Phillip's life. Katherine decides she'll come out of retirement. Neil smiles. "Long live the Queen." Nearby, Nick joins Vikki, Nikki, and Victor. He's glad they're rebuilding the ranch, but informs Victor he won't fight for Newman - it's time he let it go.

Paul tries to break up a screaming match between Phyllis and Christine.
Chelsea tells Anita, "He's not going to leave me just because I lost the baby."
