Nikki returns, Nick and Vikki make a decision, and Kyle accepts an offer.
At Crimson Lights, Cane asks Genevieve why she's reading about Victor. She says everyone's reading about him, and informs Cane she's heading back to L.A. to job hunt. Cane tells her he'll get to the bottom of this 'Claude Shirl' business, and caustically wishes her a nice trip.
Katherine tells Tucker, at Gloworm, that she finds it upsetting for him to be manipulating people. Tucker wonders if she's projecting her suspicions about Victor onto him. Tucker complains that Victor's the one guilty of misconduct. Katherine wishes him a great evening and they part ways.
At the counter in the coffee house, Kyle tells Eden he had a great night. She wonders why he was gone when she woke up. He didn't want to be late for work. When Eden says she'll see him at her place later, he says he won't stay another night - he doesn't want her to get sick of him.
Jack arrives at physiotherapy raging at Sarge because his doctor told him he may not get any better than he is now. Angry Jack overdoes it and hurts himself during the workout. Sarge tells him he spoke with the doctor too - he's hit a plateau. Sarge talks about being realistic, otherwise disappointment will stop him and he'll lose all his gains. Jack wants to get back to work.
At the ranch, Nick confronts Sharon about firing him. She says she won't tolerate him undercutting her at every turn. Nick says he can't respect her since she started acting like the Queen of the Universe. They bicker. He says she's acting like she never wants Victor to come home. He confronts her about denying there was a pre-nup and calling off the search. Sharon asks what he's getting at. Nick asks, "Did you get rid of him?" Sharon mocks the absurdity of that. Nick doesn't know what to make of her - he sees nothing left of the woman he used to love. She tells him to think what he wants while he clears out his office. Nick promises a fight.
Nikki arrives at Victoria's and dishes with Vikki about Sharon. Nikki tells Vikki she went to Kansas, Mexico, France, and even India looking for Victor, but clearly he doesn't want to be found yet. Vikki worries something is really wrong. Nikki says he's always come back, and knows how to take care of himself. Vikki wonders why Nikki didn't go right to Jack's place. Nikki says he didn't call her back. Later, Nick arrives and tells Vikki that Sharon fired him. They decide to go after her mental instability.
Lily meets Ronan in Jimmy's Bar. She tells him her family is being stalked and it's tied to Cane's past. She tells him about the alias 'Claude Shirl', the actor, and the woman dropping the business card who matched the description of Cane's sister. Cane phones and Lily tells him she's with Ronan Malloy. He's upset. She tells him he can join them, or she'll handle it alone. Soon, Cane arrives. Ronan asks why he didn't come to him sooner. They speculate on whether it could be someone connected to Caleb looking for payback. Ronan says he'll look into Caleb's past and confirm Colin's still Down Under. After, Cane tells Lily what she did was right.
Nikki meets Katherine at Gloworm and tells her she's frightened about Victor's fate. Katherine soothes that she's exhausted and tells her never to give up hope.
At the Abbott house, Jack asks the housekeeper to pack up Nikki's things - it's time. Kyle arrives and tells Jack he moved out so he doesn't have to deal with Sharon anymore. Kyle talks about how strange Sharon's behavior was - he found her in his room and his license went missing. Jack offers for him to move in. Kyle worries about dealing with Nikki, but is cool with hanging out with Jack. Jack welcomes him home. Later, Nikki enters.
At the ranch, Sharon places Kyle's license in a box with Chelsea's lipstick and the bracelets. Tucker arrives and Sharon tells him she fired Nick. Tucker says he'll come after her. She says she won't give up.
Kyle returns to the coffee house and tells Eden he'll be living with his dad. She thinks it's good.
In the L.A. dive bar, the nun tells Victor she heard he did a good job behind the bar. He says he was offered another shift and will stick around for a bit. She goes to offer help to another man, who tells her to get lost. Victor gets in his face and physically throws him out the door. After, Genevieve enters and is concerned that he seems shaken. Victor says he's fine and introduces himself as Christian.

Vikki tells Billy and Nick that staging a coup like this is not in Sharon's wheelhouse - she definitely has an adviser.
Tucker tells Sharon he's being summoned to Victoria's house, but he has no idea why.
Jack tells Nikki all her things are packed and ready to be moved out.
