Tucker advises Sharon, Cane gets a shock, and Harmony apologizes.
On the patio at Crimson Lights, Nick tells Avery he 'gets' why she couldn't represent Phyllis. Tucker appears and asks Nick about Victor's disappearance. Nick says he'll call an emergency board meeting. Tucker goes inside. Avery tells Nick she thinks Sharon's hiding her pre-nup. Nick tells Avery he thinks she destroyed it. He warns it protected the family and business. Avery will try to act on Victor's behalf. Inside, Genevieve asks Tucker if he's still willing to help her out financially, and then apologizes for causing their last argument. Tucker says he may have a project for her. She's pleased. He says he'll let her know more after a few things fall into place.
Victoria bangs on the ranch door calling for Sharon. Once inside, Vikki tells Sharon she wonders if Victor's disappearance is a test to see how they all behave, and Sharon may have already failed. "Did you burn that pre-nup you signed right before the wedding?" Sharon denies there was a pre-nup - he realized there was no need for one. Vikki warns her if she burned it up and Victor comes back and finds out - she wouldn't want to be her. Later, Avery shows up with the combination to Victor's briefcase. Sharon tells her there's no pre-nup. Avery says Sharon should ease the shareholders' minds by signing paperwork assuring them Victor's new marriage won't affect the company. Sharon won't sign it. Avery leaves her to look it over. Outside, she calls Nick to update him. Soon, Tucker comes to check in with Sharon. He also wonders if Victor is testing her. She shows him Avery's document. Tucker says it's an insult. She wants to push back. Tucker tells her she can vote with Victor's proxy at the board meeting. Sharon muses, "I control Newman Enterprises." Tucker says they'll have to elect an interim CEO. If she keeps the company running smoothly, she'll win Victor's respect.
Harmony runs into Devon at Trumbles and she gets him laughing over her terrible first date with Neil. She talks about throwing herself at Neil in the past and how she didn't know how to act. Devon reassures her. She admits she really wants this to work out.
Neil greets Lily and Cane at Gloworm. She teases him about his date with Harmony. Cane pulls Lily away and confirms the guy who made the reservation was an actor - somebody's messing with them. He's interviewing a PR person in a moment. They rejoin Neil, who senses something's amiss. They reassure him. Harmony and Devon arrive and Cane sees Lily out. Neil asks Devon to find out what's up with them. Later, Cane meets with Genevieve and they discuss the mysterious goings-on. When she hears he is there for an interview, she asks if it's for the PR job - she could do it. Cane sighs that he can't consider her for it. Gen regrets blowing it with Jack on so many levels. Nearby, the klutzy waiter brings Harmony and Neil sparkling cider on the house. She talks about being a lousy mother, and apologizes for disrobing in front of him way back when. He tells her to let it go. They end up kissing and toast to more dates. Meanwhile, Cane asks the waiter about the woman he was supposed to meet. The waiter says a lone woman just left. Cane picks up a card off the table and says, "Oh my God." He returns to Gen and shows her the note the woman left. It says they had a meeting but she couldn't wait, and is signed by his sister!
Nick goes to Vikki's place, where she tells him she had a chat with Sharon, who claims there was never a pre-nup. Nick wonders what she's after, and tells her about the emergency board meeting. He asks her again to come back and run Newman with him - he needs her. She says 'no' again, but agrees to appear as a united front with him.
Avery, Vikki, and Nick meet at Crimson Lights to brainstorm for the board meeting. They agree not to reveal that they don't know where Victor has gone and devise a statement. Sharon appears and returns Avery's document unsigned. She tells Nick to save her a seat at the board meeting because she has something to say. Tucker smirks by the jukebox.
Devon and Lily discuss Neil and Harmony at Trumbles, and then Devon asks if there is something going on with her the family should be concerned about. Lily lies that she and Cane were merely disagreeing about schedules. Devon isn't really buying it, but just makes Lily promise to ask for help if she needs it.

Michael tells a grinning Billy that he wants to know his source.
Daniel tells Phyllis he likes Heather. Phyllis hollers, "She is trying to prosecute me for attempted murder!"
Lily listens as Cane asks Genevieve, "Is there something about Samantha's death that you haven't told me, Mom?"
