Neil goes out with Harmony, Cane gets news from Jack, and Nikki faces off with Sharon.
At the penthouse, Nick reassures Phyllis, who is worried about what Billy has on her. Phyllis has to find out. Nick warns she can't control this and has to be very careful, though he understands how upset she is that it's Billy doing this to her. He promises they'll ride it out together. Nick thinks maybe Billy is bluffing. Phyllis hopes he's right. After Nick leaves, Phyllis decides there's only one thing to do and heads out.
At home, Billy tells Victoria he regrets lying about having a scoop on Phyllis. Billy admits he got nervous in front of the cameras. Vikki reassures him. Billy promises not to go after his father or brother. Vikki's still worried he'll hurt people - how far will he go to make the show a success? Billy is concerned about coming up with stories - the TV show's raised the bar. He hopes to find dirt on Phyllis. Just then, she comes to the door. Phyllis asks what he paid for his information. Billy's interest is piqued by how uptight she's acting. When Phyllis brings up 'thinking of the kids', Victoria says she's being hypocritical - she's only ever looked out for herself. Phyllis says they're not her family and Billy's a fraud. Billy tells Vikki, after, that there's something she doesn't want to come out.
Lily and Cane kiss at Crimson Lights and chat with Neil. Lily spills that Neil finally has a date with Harmony. Neil says he's nervous, and wonders why Harmony is late to meet him.
Katherine brings Harmony to Gloworm for her date with Neil. Harmony is nervous. She says it's a turning point for her and Neil. Katherine gives her a pep talk, saying that Devon has given his blessing and Sofia has moved forward. Harmony wonders why Neil is late. Katherine tells her to call. She does, and learns Neil mistakenly went to Crimson Lights. He says he'll be right there. When he arrives they get a nervous new waiter. Neil tells him he's in good company. The date features strained conversation and a comedy of errors by the waiter. Harmony thinks they're trying too hard - they go to grab a movie.
At the Abbott house, Nikki and Jack revel in the married life. Jack turns his attention to business and Nikki leaves.
Tucker stops in on a hungover Sharon at the ranch. She's mortified about crashing Nikki and Jack's wedding and kissing him. Tucker asks if she's heard from Victor. She hasn't. Nikki shows up and sneers at Sharon being with Tucker while Victor's missing. Sharon tells her to go home. They bicker. Nikki grills Sharon on what she's done to locate Victor. Sharon tells her the staff knows nothing. Nikki sniffs that they wouldn't trust her. She's appalled to hear Sharon hasn't contacted the police and gets on the phone. The authorities arrive and side with Nikki - they'll cover all the bases given Victor's stature. Nikki says she'll go now that the situation's been handled properly. Sharon and Tucker thank the man who put a wiretap on the phone. Tucker tells Sharon to keep him posted and goes.
Still at Crimson Lights, Lily and Cane are talking about how quiet it's been on the mysterious message front lately when Jack calls. Cane agrees to meet him.
Cane arrives at Jack's house and learns Ashley is gone on a leave of absence from the company. Jack tells him he's in charge and there will be changes. He promotes him to Interim Head of Marketing. Cane thanks him and asks to bring in a PR person. Jack okays it. Later, Nikki comes home and says she was at the ranch. Jack's glad she told him. They get frisky.
At Crimson Lights, Nick gives Nikki trouble for trying to show up Sharon and not focusing on her own marriage. Nikki complains that Sharon was hungover with Tucker McCall at the ranch. Later, Harmony and Neil enter laughing about their worst first date ever. They decide to go for a picnic. As they kiss, Tucker enters.
Lily heads to Trumbles and runs into Katherine. They share a smile about Neil and Harmony. Lily doesn't think anything can go wrong. Later, Cane arrives and tells Lily about Ashley leaving and his promotion. Cane asks about her connections from her modeling days and they talk about spending time with the kids.
At the ranch, Nick irritates Sharon by telling her she can't go off the rails over all this. He reminds her they had a meeting this morning. She forgot. Nick wonders if she's hiding something. She says there's nothing to tell and tells him to go focus on his wife who's facing charges. Nick tells her to pull herself together.

Avery asks Sharon, "Where's the pre-nup Victor had you sign?"
Phyllis tells Tim he's not getting a dime from her if he's been talking to Billy Abbott.
Tucker asks Katherine, "Any word on Victor?" She wonders if he's asking for himself or for Sharon.
