Chelsea and Vikki talk, Restless Style's TV show airs, and Kevin and Adam field a crisis.
Lily and Neil chat at Crimson Lights. He says Harmony made him see that his happiness came at Sofia's expense. Lily asks about him and Harmony. Neil admits they discussed having dinner, but it hasn't happened yet. Lily tells him to go for it. Neil marvels that he's contemplating dating Yolanda, and says she's become a special lady.
At home, Billy's on the phone about the gag order on Phyllis's story. Victoria asks if he's looking for another way to screw her family into the ground. They argue, and he asks for a little more support. Victoria says she'll let this one go if he promises not to mention her parents' weddings on air. Billy agrees.
At Restless Style, Harmony tells Abby she's nervous about being on TV. Abby reassures her and turns to Chloe. Devon notices the tension. Carmine arrives and Chloe wants him thrown out. Abby says she cleared it with Billy and hisses at Chloe to give him a chance to apologize. The producer wants to save the catfight for the show. Billy arrives. Devon phones Lily and tells her and Neil to watch for Harmony on TV. Billy says the Phyllis story is a no-go and they can't talk about Victor either. The show goes live with the story of Ricky's scandalous death. Billy reports that Eden can't remember anything. Abby says it's because of all her years smelling incense on the Ashram.
At Gloworm, Kevin, Adam, Jeffrey, and Gloria's happiness about the website's progress is short-lived when Chelsea grimly shows Adam an advertisement. He says another website, similar to theirs, is launching tomorrow. Adam wants to redesign, but Kevin suggests they launch today! He gets to work. Adam gets on the phone. Jeffrey grimaces as Chelsea orders expensive food on his tab. "Whatever you want, Peaches." Victoria arrives and Chelsea joins her. She tells Vikki she thought it might give her peace to know she and Adam are planning their own family. Chelsea reiterates that John is Vikki and Billy's. Chelsea says, "Olive branch extended." Vikki replies, "And accepted." They turn their attention to Billy on TV. Glo says he could charm the pants off anybody. Vikki cringes.
In the penthouse, Phyllis is recalling Tim's blackmail threats when Nick appears wanting the truth. She apologizes for lying about watching Lucy, saying that she just needed to get away from Jack's place. Nick wishes she'd just told him that - she has to let him in. Avery arrives, ready to watch the Restless Style TV show and ensure Billy doesn't ignore the gag order. Avery gets a call and learns Rafe wants to lift the gag order. She heads to the courthouse. Restless Style's show comes on and Phyllis calls it a snooze. Nick can't believe they haven't mentioned Victor and Sharon. Phyllis thinks Vikki probably put the kibosh on it. Nick scoffs that Billy doesn't follow rules.
As the show continues at Restless Style, Abby produces a wedding photo of Victor and Sharon and says she wanted to poke her eyes out at the sight of it. Billy chews her out on break, but she says she just saved the show! They go live again and Abby dishes all the dirt on Victor and Sharon. Billy introduces Harmony, who says 'hi', gives him a note from the lawyers, and leaves. Billy then airs the Nick video and signs off saying the next episode will feature scoop on Phyllis's case. Carmine congratulates Abby and the producer tells Billy he can't wait to hear what he's got on Phyllis.
Still at Gloworm, Victoria can't believe Billy is allowing Abby to discuss Victor and Sharon. Adam can't believe he hasn't heard his own name yet. Later, Chloe arrives to applause. She complains about Abby and asks about the website. Kevin launches it as they all look on excitedly.
Avery returns to the penthouse and learns that Billy showed the video and teased about having dirt on Phyllis. Avery sighs that freedom of the press trumped all her arguments. Phyllis leaves and calls Tim to see if he spoke to Billy and warns him to keep quiet.
Devon and Harmony join Lily and Neil at Crimson Lights. They laugh over Harmony's brief appearance. Lily and Devon go to get drinks. Neil tells Harmony she's turned her life around and asks her for dinner.
Victoria arrives at Restless Style. Abby tells her before she gets red-faced and finger-pointy that she was the one who decided to dish on Victor's marriage. Vikki says she's an adult and can do as she likes. Abby tells Carmine she's about to blow. They leave. Billy approaches with caution. She admits she's in a good mood because of her conversation with Chelsea. Billy's glad. Vikki asks what he has on Phyllis. Billy admits he has no bombshell - he has a week to come up with one.
Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young And The Restless:
Sharon says to Tucker, "I crashed Nikki and Jack's wedding." He asks, "What else did you do?"
At Jabot, Jack says, "I'm in charge now, Cane. There are going to be some changes around here."
Billy tells Vikki he won't go after her dad or her brother. She asks, "How far will you go to make that show a success?"
