Avery angles for a plea deal, Victor realizes he's been duped, and Sharon stuns Adam.
At Crimson Lights, Summer freaks out about Phyllis' arrest. Daniel allows Victoria to watch Lucy so he can go to the station, but tells Summer she can't come.
At Restless Style, Billy tells his producer that he wanted her to meet his right hand, Phyllis, but she's not answering her phone.
Michael watches Phyllis being brought into the station. Nick is there and tells Phyllis he'll take care of the kids. He adds that she's in good hands with Avery and says to keep him posted. Phyllis is surprised. Christine takes Ronan aside to confront him about not handcuffing Phyllis. She warns him not to let his personal feelings interfere with his professionalism. He retorts, "Likewise, counselor!" Michael takes Phyllis and Avery to interrogation and tells Phyllis she's in serious trouble. Avery asks what he can offer them. Michael says the feds have to approve any plea deals. Phyllis says, "You mean, Christine." Phyllis is taken out as Christine and Ronan appear. Chris tells Avery she won't consider any deal without prison time. Daniel arrives and Avery tells him it's not good. Ronan and Michael discuss their hellish week and being stuck between two friends. Avery and Daniel meet with Phyllis to discuss a deal - she'd do five years.
At the ranch, Victor tells the maid that Sharon won't be joining him for dinner. Victor calls the Club and learns that Adam is out of town. He takes a call from Nick, who tells him about Phyllis' arrest and asks him to look after Faith because no one can reach Sharon.
As Sharon prepares to land in Kansas, Chelsea tells Adam, at their B&B, that she hopes he'll approve of her dress. He muses that he can't see her in it before the wedding, but he can see her out of it. They make love. After, Adam decides to go spend time alone at the farm. A family friend helps Chelsea with her dress. She says Hope would approve of her.
Nick is with Victoria and Summer at Crimson Lights. He and Victoria discuss the situation with Phyllis. Victoria is supportive. Billy arrives with the producer. Victoria tells him Phyllis was arrested. Billy tells the producer what's happened. She says she'll meet him back at the office later - she has phone calls to make.
Heather visits Paul in lock-up and tells him Phyllis has been arrested for the hit-and-run. Christine comes in and assures Paul that Phyllis won't get away with it. Paul can't believe he offered Phyllis friendship and all the time she knew what she'd done - that's cold. Christine returns to the interrogation room as Phyllis is heading to her cell. She says she plans to call Danny. Avery tells Phyllis to talk to no one. Paul is brought into the hall and sees Phyllis - he hisses that they'll both pay for what they did. Upstairs, Daniel and Heather commiserate about their parents, and go for a drink. Still downstairs, Michael tells Chris he will not oppose bail. Ronan backs him up. Ronan finds Phyllis and urges her to take the deal - this isn't going away.
At the ranch, Nick worries about calling Noah. Victor offers to do it. He reaches Noah, tells him about Phyllis, and asks to speak to Sharon. Noah says she isn't there.
In Kansas, Sharon lets herself into the farmhouse with a hidden key. She takes a call from Victor and lies that New York is great - she's just chatting with Noah. Later, Adam enters and tells Hope that he thinks he's found what she wanted for him. Sharon appears and says she still loves him. She wants to go back to when it was them against the world, and asks him to call off his wedding. She offers to walk away from Victor. Adam says part of him will always love Sharon, but he loves Chelsea more. What they have is real, and he'll marry her tomorrow.
Victor hangs up from Sharon in his living room and calls Adam, who says he's in Kansas with Chelsea and they're eloping. Victor lets him go. He makes a call and learns Sharon flew to Kansas. Nick reappears and they talk about secrets and lies. Victor says, "Don't you ever let a woman make a fool out of you."
At Restless Style, Billy talks to Vikki about what to do regarding the breaking story on Phyllis. The producer returns and says they can't go forward with the TV show under the circumstances. Billy offers to can Phyllis and make her the subject of the pilot.
Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young and the Restless:
Victor enters the farmhouse and asks Sharon, "How was your trip to New York?"
Avery asks Daniel if he's telling her he thinks his mother is guilty.
Chelsea says to Adam, "Did you just call off the wedding?"

Yes Billy did buy a baby on the black market but that was to make his wife happy. You can't fault the guy for wanting to do everything to make her happy. In the end he lost the baby and the wife. He spent time in a horrible prison in another God-Awful country and then became Victor's b!itch. He almost lost his daughter Delia to an illness. I think he has more than paid for those past sins.
