Daniel and Phyllis realize something shocking about Daisy, Paul confronts Ricky, and Jack and Ashley face-off.
At Cane and Lily's place, Cane tells Genevieve they know all about her secret bank account. Lily says Chloe told them because she doesn't want Kevin involved. Cane complains she could go to jail. Gen protests that she considers that money her divorce settlement. Cane says if someone else found it, the government will too. He decides to get Colin's prison phone records. Gen tells them he's out. Lily is frantic. Gen says he won't show up in Genoa City - it would be stupid. Gen leaves and Lily tells Cane there is nothing to stop Colin from coming after the kids again. Cane calls Christine and learns that Colin's on the no-fly list. He assures Lily what happened last time won't happen again.
At the Abbott house, Ashley and Jack argue about Jabot and Beauty of Nature. Ash says he can't run them separately - it's a huge conflict of interest. He has to merge them or choose - he can't have it both ways. Jack says they have to protect both brands. Ashley thinks it's really about control. Jack is upset she's comparing him to Victor. Ashley rants about men, and Jack, being selfish and power-hungry. She says it's all about payback on Victor - and Jack's used her daughter to make it happen. Jack says he'll make the decisions. Ashley says they'll see about that - she and the board can put him out. Jack challenges her to bring it on. Ash says she will, and leaves.
Paul congratulates Michael on becoming D.A. at the coffee house. He's grateful he brought Heather on board. Paul asks Michael if he heard Tim Reid's missing. Michael says he's going to look into it just for old time's sake. Paul agrees. After they leave, Gen arrives and tells Eden to have Kevin call her. She goes to the laptop, checks her account and swears.
At Ricky's apartment, he tells Daisy he needs her help, but she's not interested. Heather arrives. Daisy says she's collecting rent. Heather says Ricky won't be there next month - or even tomorrow. Ricky says he has rights. Heather informs him he's a squatter, and has none. Daisy leaves. Ricky tells Heather she's doing this because of the photos. She says actions have consequences. Ricky pleads for time, but Heather threatens to have him hauled out of there.
At the penthouse, Phyllis tells Daniel that she and Nick will live there to avoid drama at the ranch. Brody the doorman arrives with a bracelet he found in the hall. Daniel asks to see the security footage. They watch, and realize Daisy listened to Phyllis screaming for help and did nothing. Phyllis says if Daisy had got help she may not have lost the baby. Daniel tells Phyllis to send him a copy and rushes out.
At Tim's apartment, Paul shows the landlord a photo of Ricky. She confirms he was there. Paul asks to look inside the apartment. She's reluctant, but agrees. Inside, Paul notices Tim's prescription meds and realizes he didn't go away willingly.
Daniel finds Michael at the Club and tells him Phyllis lost the baby, adding that she and Nick got married at home. Michael asks what he needs. Daniel asks him to put Daisy back behind bars and shows him the security footage. Michael agrees it's an outrage, but says there's nothing he can do - there's no audio, so there's no proof she heard Phyllis.
Michael arrives at Phyllis's to say he sorry about the baby. He hugs her and brings out a tray. Phyllis smiles. "Tea and sympathy." Michael tells her Tim Reid is missing. She says she went to see him, but just left. They talk about her marrying Nick again. She asks if Daniel told him about Daisy. Michael nods. Phyllis says she has to get Daisy Carter out of their lives permanently.
Daniel meets Daisy at Crimson Lights and tells her he saw the footage of her standing outside the door while Phyllis screamed for help. Livid, he yells, "You did nothing!" She denies she heard Phyllis screaming. Daniel knows in his gut she did, and vows to get rid of her for good. Eden hears.
Paul arrives at Ricky's place to find him packing. Heather tells Ricky he can have until tomorrow, and leaves. Paul asks Ricky what he was doing at Tim Reid's apartment. Ricky says he talked to Tim about the book he's writing on Phyllis. Paul says he plans to find out where Tim went. Once alone, Ricky throws things.
In her suite, Gen angrily dials Colin and says she knows what he's doing and he won't get away with it.

In the stables, Nikki says to Sharon, "I didn't think you'd mind if I rode him first. That sort of thing doesn't seem to bother you."
Heather tells Ricky, "Maybe we could call a truce." Ricky replies, "Wouldn't that be nice."
Paul tells Avery if anyone would want Dr. Reid gone, it would be Phyllis.
