The Adam rescue story spreads, Jack dumps Genevieve, and Sharon visits Chelsea.
In Vegas, Genevieve asks Victor is he's come to give her away. Victor chuckles. He wants to talk business. They banter. Gen says if he bought Beauty of Nature there would be no room for her input. Victor says she could run it and Newman Cosmetics; Nick and Sharon would answer to her. He produces a deal memo. Genevieve says she's sorry - she's marrying Jack.
In the Vegas elevator, Nikki and Jack make-out. Nikki's butt hits the emergency button. They deal with the security guard, and head to her room to bicker about her motives for coming. Jack leaves, despite Nikki's plea for him not to marry Genevieve. Outside Nikki's room, she runs into Victor. He wants to talk.
At the hospital, Victoria tells Chelsea that Adam is lying about rescuing her - that's what he does. Chelsea informs Vikki that she remembers everything, but Adam had asked her to keep quiet. Chelsea tells Victoria she should get over herself and thank him! Victoria says she's grateful to whoever saved Chelsea, and walks off. Chelsea's furious. Adam's tells Chelsea it's a wasted effort to try to get Victoria to believe this.
At Restless Style, Ricky and Phyllis debate about printing a story on Chelsea's rescue. Billy arrives. Phyllis tells him they need to address the Chelsea situation. Billy says they're not publishing a word about his son. He gets heated, and then explains that the adoption isn't final yet - he doesn't want anything messing with that - especially Phyllis. Later, Phyllis asks Ricky if he's made progress with Daisy - he needs to get dirt before the hearing. Victoria arrives and tells the story about Adam. She says she doesn't believe it. Phyllis muses it's a good story. Billy reminds Phyllis that she knows better.
Jack joins Genevieve in her suite. She tells him she doesn't expect immediate forgiveness, but she is so looking forward to a real marriage. Gen gushes that he's a good man, and she believes they can be truly happy together. Taken aback, Jack admits he's not there, and doesn't think he ever will be. He can't do this. She orders him out and dissolved into tears.
In Victor's suite, he and Nikki argue about Billy. She says she set him up because he can't stand being wrong about anybody. Nikki says he chose anger and self-righteousness over his family. Victor scoffs that he forgave his kids after the lawsuit, but Victoria married that bum! Nikki loves him, but this is more than she can stand. He orders her out.
Back at the hospital, Billy and Vikki talk about what to do about Adam. Vikki says she should probably apologize and thank him. Billy refuses to be outclassed by Adam Newman.
At the Club, Nick and Sharon are excited about kicking off their new cosmetics line. Nick tries unsuccessfully to reach Victor. A reporter asks Nick for a comment about his new family member. Nick has no comment. Phyllis arrives. They all discuss Adam being Chelsea's rescuer. Phyllis says if it were true, he would have told Sharon. Sharon defends him. Nick explains that Sharon believes Adam's had an epiphany at the farm. Suddenly, Adam appears. They approach and ask if it's true. Adam says, "Yes." Nick says Chelsea's no more credible than he is. Adam says Nick will believe what he wants anyway, and leaves. Sharon smiles. Phyllis says she and Nick will always view him skeptically.
Back in Vegas, Nikki opens her door thinking it's Victor, but it's Jack. He tells her he couldn't go through with the wedding - he's lost Beauty of Nature. Nikki says he's held onto something more important. She fells it's ironic that she left Victor because he couldn't be honest. They end up kissing again and make love.
Genevieve goes to Victor's suite with a bottle of champagne. Victor muses, "Well, I'll be damned." She signs his offer and says he won. Victor signs and they make love. After, Victor gets out of bed and thinks about Nikki.
Sharon enters Chelsea's room and introduces herself. She asks for details about the rescue. Chelsea says if she's hoping it's not true she'll be disappointed. Sharon says she'll be thrilled if it's true. Chelsea says if she hadn't of remembered, Adam never would have told her. She says that everyone will have to accept the truth.
At Crimson Lights, Adam takes a call from Billy asking him to come by the hospital. Adam says it's not necessary. Victoria gets on and says he can see the baby. Adam says he'll come. When he arrives, Vikki apologizes for overreacting and lets Adam hold the baby.
Ricky finds Nick and Phyllis at Crimson Lights. Phyllis tells him they're not running the story. Nick says the Inquisitor just posted it. Ricky has disappeared. Phyllis says she knows who's behind it.
Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young and the Restless:
Ricky says to Phyllis, "Good morning Ms. Editor!" Phyllis tells him to drop the smile and explain himself.
Chloe says to Katherine, "He does have a point about Chelsea; big mistake to trust her."
Victoria opens her door to Genevieve. Victor is behind her, and says, "Hello Sweetheart."
