Chelsea holds her son, Victor and Nikki argue, and Ashley confronts Adam.

Chelsea is wheeled into the hospital. The baby is having periods of apnea. Abby reassures Vikki as Billy listens. Nikki arrives and asks who delivered the baby. They tell an officer that an unknown person delivered the baby and called the ambulance. Nikki learns that Victor volunteered the helicopter.

At the Club, Adam tries unsuccessfully to get information about Chelsea and the baby over the phone.

In Victor's office he bickers with Anita. He takes a call and tells her the baby's been born. She wants to head to the hospital, but Victor gives her money and tells her to leave and not come back. She goes. He has her followed.

At home, Jack calls Genevieve, who is at the Club bar thinking about what she heard him tell Nikki. He asks if she's coming over. She says she'll be right there. Genevieve arrives and he shows her their marriage license, saying he'd hoped they'd reconcile. She tells him to stop - she heard what he told Nikki! Jack claims it was bull - he had to keep Nikki from running to his family. He insists he wants to be her husband. Jack ignores the phone as he tries to convince Genevieve he's sincere. Genevieve says she really wants to make things right and be his wife. Jack answers the phone - it's Nikki saying Billy's baby's been born. Jack kisses Genevieve. She says she loves him.

Meanwhile, Chelsea tells the officer she can't remember anything. Anita appears and starts talking about a payout. Chelsea tells her to go and never come back.

In the nursery, Billy and Vikki coo at the baby. Billy says they need to have a hearing where Chelsea will sign her parental rights away. Vikki is concerned because Chelsea was angry at her. Billy whispers, "Happy thoughts." They visit Chelsea. Victoria apologizes for the argument. Billy mentions custody. Chelsea wants to see the baby first. Billy and Vikki exit and see Jack. They admit they're worried Chelsea will change her mind. In her room, Chelsea tells her son she has to say goodbye and he'll have a great family. Billy and Vikki return and Chelsea hands him over. Billy and Vikki joke about names.

Ashley meets Sharon and Faith at Crimson Lights. She thanks Sharon for letting her be a part of her life. They talk about all they've gone through. Sharon says Faith's relationship with 'Aunt Ashley' is important to her. Adam enters and recalls giving Sharon's baby to Ashley. Ashley approaches and asks why he's still in town. She returns to Sharon, who defends Adam. Later, Sharon tells Faith she's glad they're together.

In Victor's office, he gets an update on Anita. Nikki enters and confronts him about not telling her what was going on with their daughter. They have a horrible argument over the baby being Billy's bastard child. Victor tells her she'll go off the wagon if she gets attached to the baby and something goes wrong.

Adam returns to the hospital and sees Chelsea upset in her room. She tells him she had the baby and it's best for him to go with Billy and Victoria. Suddenly, she remembers he delivered the baby. He says it's a secret. In the waiting area, Jack and Abby call Ashley and tell her about the baby. Ashley grills Jack about Genevieve. He admits they've cut a deal.
