Katherine makes progress with Devon, Genevieve gets several offers, and Sofia changes her mind.
At the Club, Nick takes a call from Victor telling him to contact Genevieve and let her know they're ready to move immediately. He warns that Victoria may not be their only competitor for Beauty of Nature - she's also talked to Jack. Nick says Gen just walked in. Gen is finishing her call with Jack. She agrees to keep their engagement secret when Jack assures her they will marry soon. Gen hangs up as Victoria approaches. Nick watches as she makes Gen an offer. Nick joins them and reminds her of Victor's offer. He asks about Jack. Gen says he's not even speaking to her. Nick phones Vic and says something is up. Nick and Victoria argue about competing in business. Nick thinks she should ask herself why she's doing this.
In Victor's office, Nikki tells Victor that Jack wouldn't do business with Genevieve, but Vic says Jack would sleep with the devil in order to best him. Nikki leaves to see Jack, informing Victor that she won't spy for him.
At Jabot, Ashley tells Tucker that Beauty of Nature is back in play, but not for him. Tucker asks if he's not supposed to act on this information because she's his wife. Ashley says she will be hurt if he does. Tucker says she didn't even want Jack to buy the company. Ashley says he needs to be able to trust her right now. Tucker agrees not to act until he hears the news elsewhere. Ashley is furious - he's going to do whatever he wants.
Harmony enters the Chancellor estate as Katherine assures someone on the phone that 'he' won't change his mind. Kay hangs up and tells Harmony that Neil is returning to Chancellor. Katherine asks her if she thinks it will be an issue for Devon. Harmony says Devon's just never been good with surprises. Katherine concedes she couldn't blame him if she questioned her motives.
At the Club, Sofia tells Neil she doesn't want to discuss her split with Tucker there. Devon arrives and Neil tells them both he accepted Katherine's job offer - he's the new CEO of Chancellor Industries. Devon says he's fine with it, and leaves. Sofia tells Neil, "He is not lovin' it." Neil says Katherine betrayed his trust - it's to be expected. Neil asks Sofia to confide in her about Tucker. Sofia tells him she's tired of the way Tucker treats her. Neil is understanding.
Tucker arrives at the Club and joins Genevieve at the bar. She laughs about being so popular. She wonders if he's wanting to bid against Victor. Tucker pretends to be surprised, but then tells her to sell to him. He explains that the others all have ulterior motives for wanting the company, whereas he just wants to do business with an old friend. He writes down an offer. She says money isn't everything, and leaves. Sofia comes over and tells Tucker she can't go through with the plan, but he says it's not that simple. He tells her he needs her to get inside at Newman and find out their bid.
Nick pops into Ashley's office to ask her to work with him to find a way to avoid a bidding war for Beauty of Nature. She tells him Jack's negotiating with Genevieve on his own. She steps out and Nick texts Victor that Jack is pursuing Beauty of Nature.
Katherine finds Devon in his studio and asks how he feels about Neil working for her. Devon doesn't want to talk when he can't hear. She shows him she learned sign language so she could talk to him. Devon says he'd like to be able to forgive her, like Neil has, but he's not there yet. Katherine says he has all the time in the world - she doesn't. Devon asks her to start over. Katherine would rather he forgive and not forget. He agrees.
At the Abbott house, Jack is on the phone trying to find a wheelchair accessible honeymoon suite. Nikki arrives and rants about the surgery. He says it's his decision. Nikki doesn't want him to do anything he'll regret - including with Genevieve. Gen arrives and Nikki fills her in on the risky surgery. Jack argues with both of them and then takes off. Gen tells Nikki she'll look after him now. Nikki warns she'll watch her like a hawk.
At Crimson Lights with Neil, Harmony weighs in on Sofia splitting with Tucker and congratulates him on his new position. She teases him about being too cool to have fun now. Neil tries to defend his fun factor. She tells him she wants to be there when he lets the fun guy out. They share an intense moment until Neil says he has to go.
Victor concludes a business meeting at Gloworm. Victoria appears and tells him she's not going for Beauty of Nature to spite him. She also wants him to back-off the plan to start a competing line. Victor walks away. Tucker arrives and tells Victor he won't get the support of the board to pursue Beauty of Nature. Jack and Nikki come in and Victor walks over. He tells Jack he'll be disappointed where Beauty of Nature's concerned - sooner rather than later. Genevieve watches and smiles.

Ashley says to Tucker, "You can't understand that it bothers me that my husband is determined to compete with my family in business?"
Adam asks Victor if he's meeting Sharon again. Victor says he actually came to the Club to see him.
Jack tells Genevieve he has a little surprise for her.
