Devon has surgery, Chloe, Daniel, Angelina, and Kevin have a confrontation, and Ashley and Jill argue.
In Dallas, Devon shows Neil, Tucker, and Harmony where the incisions will be made during surgery. He thanks them for making it possible. Devon assures the doctor he wants to do both ears at once even though it's harder. Devon is taken to surgery, and the adults discuss the wisdom of doing both ears at once. Harmony takes Neil's hand and says they should be upbeat like Devon's doctor. Tucker is worried - there are no guarantees. When Harmony steps out, Neil confides to Tucker how different she is - he keeps waiting for her to regress. Tucker asks about Moses and Sofia. Neil says they're great. Harmony returns, and Neil goes for coffee. Harmony and Tucker argue about whether she's going after Neil. Tucker says he knows her moves. She denies it, adding that if he's seeing things that turned him on back in the day, that's on him. Neil returns and notes the tension. The doctor appears and says Devon is in recovery.
Cane and Lily discuss Devon at the Club. He's come from work and tells her he's come up with some marketing ideas - he missed working at Jabot. Nearby, Daniel and Chloe have finished their workout and she offers to buy him lunch at Gloworm. Daniel worries about her running into Kevin. She won't be denied her favorite cocktail - they go. Cane and Lily are still discussing his return to work. Sofia arrives, and Cane leaves. Sofia thanks Lily for the lunch invitation. Lily says they're both thinking about Devon's surgery. They talk about the babies, and Harmony, Tucker, and Neil being in Dallas together. Sofia and Lily talk about how they both would like to go back to work even though they love being with the kids. Lily gets a call from Neil saying Devon is doing well. She passes the phone to Sofia, but Neil cuts it short.
At Jabot, Ashley confronts Jill for signing off on an Internet ad. Jill snarks that she is head of marketing and they're way behind schedule. Ashley yells that they need to communicate. Jill accuses her of micro-managing and says it was a no-brainer. Jill is put out to hear from her that Billy's left town. Ashley asks her not to overstep again or they'll have big problems. Cane arrives for a meeting and senses the tension. Ash informs them that Victoria is running Beauty of Nature - they have to pick up their game. Jill and Ashley argue again and Cane intervenes. He helps them make up. Jill is happy to get a text from Billy. Ashley gets a call from Tucker.
At Crimson Lights, Kevin and Angelina decide to head to Gloworm. He asks if he can count on her to help end their marriage. She pinky swears. Kevin says they have to convince Angelo that she's having second thoughts.
Kevin and Angelina greet Gloria and Angelo at Gloworm. Glo pulls Kevin aside, and Angie tells Angelo it's strange having a husband. Angelo chuckles that married people have to adjust. Across the room, Kevin insists to Glo that he's happy, but she grills him anyway. He says there's nothing to worry about. Kevin and Angelina sit down and play act as Angelo watches. Gloria tells him something's not right with the marriage. Chloe and Daniel arrive. Glo greets Chloe happily. They sit down, and Chloe decides to approach Kevin and Angelina. Chloe tells them there will be no more scenes and rubs Daniel's arm. Kevin puts his arm around Angelina. Chloe and Daniel return to their table. Angie is advising Kevin when an admirer approaches Angie for a photo. Angelo notes her flirting with the guy. Meanwhile, Daniel confronts Chloe about trying to make Kevin jealous. They rise to leave, and Kevin tells Chloe he doesn't like her hooking up with his best friend. Chloe calls him a jerk, and Angelina tells her to back off her husband. Kevin argues with Daniel, letting him know he has a photo of him kissing Chloe only days after he left. Chloe tells Kevin she made the move on Daniel, and she doesn't regret it. Daniel insults Angie and Kevin defends her. Chloe and Daniel head for the door. Kevin tells Angelina he doesn't know why they're even trying to get out of their marriage, and kisses her deeply. Chloe sees and kisses Daniel.
Devon is in the recovery room. Tucker, Harmony, and Neil watch him sleep. Devon wakes up and can't hear. Neil signs that the surgery went well and the temporary deafness is expected.

Chelsea pulls out a copy of Restless Style with Adam as Satan on the front. She says to Victoria, "Isn't this your brother? Quite the coverboy."
Paul screams at Phyllis that she's as bad as Adam - they both used Patty for their own good.
Jack throws a glass across his living room and it smashes. He says to Adam, "That's what I think of your apology!"
